Hey I like this picture ,you should got a fast camera to get the photo , just before the bubble broken .

That's not a photo, that's a freaking painting! What did you do to make it so beautiful?
(edit: I see where you say you did the HDR, but is that all you did?)
Also, Mattwe - that restaurant table is one of my favorites!
Thanks! It helps to have these pro surfers never miss a chance to lay out some spray...Wow dude all i have to say is that all of these photos that you are posting are amazing

It looks really nice - good job. The only thing that looks funny is the traffic lights, which show both green and red in each one... I realize it's because the exposures were at different times. It's actually kinda cool this way, though.
HDR image made from 4 images in photomatix. Downtown Fort Myers, FL. I'm just getting into HDR, so any comments would be appreciated!
Chaaaaarge !!!Camera: Nikon D200
Exposure: 0.002 sec (1/500)
Aperture: f/5.6
Focal Length: 120 mm
ISO Speed: 400
This is my first post in a while (panicked when I couldn't find the original thread). My K10d has been away getting repaired for the last 5 weeks (Pentax uk service dept suck) so Calumet gave me a loan of a D200 for the week. Anyway, i was on my way up to take some shots at Ardnamurchan which is the most westerly point of the British mainland, but going through Glencoe I came across a crew filming a tv commercial.
Great pictures here as per the norm, Honourable mentions though go to Freebooter(the ir stuff is awesome),Clix Pix(fantastic wildlife shots),silverbird000, Pdxflint, srf4real, m@ttlew, ibookg4user(the meercat pic)
Your new genre is quite striking. I prefer it to the macro bugs, but you seem to master whichever style you experiment with. Are you doing this IR stuff with just a filter, or have you had the camera modified?

Thanks for the honorable mention comment. Great shot of the knight in shining armor...looks like he's emerging from a battle.

Thanks... Yes, it was almost entirely HDR in the Photomatix editor. After that though I do usually perform minor adjustments in Photoshop such as curve tweaking and whatnot.
In other news, I love taking pictures of moving buses...
The bus looks like it is going to come out of my screen, it's so cool! What were your flash settings?
