@Mattlike: How does Pliny for President differ from the Other Plinys/Plinies?
It's almost identical but you can absolutely tell there are a couple of different hops they used (as RR has mentioned). To me it almost comes off with a bit of sweetness (not much, but there is a bit). The aroma is amazing, and I am always a fan of DDH Double IPAs. It is a welcome take on this classic. So fantastic.

Sounds brilliant; I am salivating with undisguised envy.

Do enjoy.

Northern Virginia
One of the things I miss about traveling right now is heading up to Portland and visiting Great Notion. One of my favorite breweries I've been to.

It just started popping up in Virginia recently I believe. I found it in a bottle shop in a small town outside of Charlottesville, VA. Definitely good, and I'll be looking for more. Still waiting to get some of them Monkish brews in my life :)

My god man, hahaha, I normally don't spend these kind of cycles on this sort of thing but I'm a little worried about you ... o_O

I was asking if he shot the posted photo, i.e., the photo below, which is a real photo of a glass of beer, the beer can from which it was poured and IN THE BACKGROUND a painting of a dog.

I asked because it was VERY CLEVER to stage a photo of beer that uses a dog as part of the can design, with a painting/print of a dog in the background.

I commissioned that from someone on imgur.

Probably my favorite Texas brewery right now. So good.

The Tempeliers were a busy bunch. Both monks and knights, they fought for their religion.
Must have been brewing beer in between their crusades.
Oh, and they've even played a part in The Da Vinci Code ;-)

Check the print on the glass: they were indeed known to ride a horse with two.

In a coffee shop.

An impressive looking European beer, with elegant glassware.

Not a beer I have ever seen, let alone tasted; what is it like?

Lovely label.
From the Maredsous Abbey (also known for their cheese).

Gorgeous; must say that anytime I have had it, I love this beer.
