One of my favorites! The one that started it all for me!!! There is ALWAYS one or two in my fridge as it is my go to beer for easy drinking!

I know, right. Who wouldn't like something that puts hair in strange places. I mean, I am just geeked to find out where it will show up next!??

The wife asked 'Would I like that?' I said 'Hell yes!'. She immediately got suspicious...

Yes i do drink German beer in Australia love em, but one from Belgium (it nearly similar to german beer) the last picture of Vitus omg very high percentage i think 6.8 or 7.2% cant remember which one but years ago one of the beer was worse highest percentage as 12.7% it very rarely people to buy that beer i will find old picture when i can

They have put me on a low carb diet.
Which is bad enough, but it worked and I lost 28kg in just over 4 months.
So now I'm a victim of my own success and not drinking at all.

Which is bad enough, but it worked and I lost 28kg in just over 4 months.
So now I'm a victim of my own success and not drinking at all.

I had something like that happen to me before. I found a really nasty IPA, full of hops and a wicked ABV, and proceeded cautiously. Within a couple of days, I was back in the saddle. Just a little wiser.

I had a friend that told me domestic beer depressed him so much, he quit drinking. We got him started again. His wife, as I remember, wasn't exactly pleased. He acquired an expensive micro-brew, and import taste, but was back!!!

Well, I have put myself on a diet. Not specifically low carb, but careful calorie counting nonetheless.
Either way, no more beer for me either, and proud of my 15,4 BMI

But 15,4 BMI sounds a tad low perhaps? I’m down from 40,3 to 30,9. Still some way to go, but this is already a big win!

I found out, when my BMI was showing as being in the lower teens, that many devices that claim to 'test' for BMI are wildly inaccurate. I wasn't surprised, but it did take some of the glow off the achievement. But I was in such damn good shape. I envy those times. But I firmly believe that one can maintain a low BMI, and still enjoy an IPA a couple of times a week. A diet doesn't mean your choices die. I would imbibe after a typical 'hard day', when I knew I had the head room to afford a great tasting oat soda. YMMV...

You are right - a BMI less than 18,5 qualifies as under weight. Oh well…

I’m afraid I’m different, in that I find it easier not to drink at all than to have an occasional drink every now and then.
