It's quite good! It's not super different from your regular Japanese lagers, but there's something about it that I like, besides, I love Japanese design — and this is nice to look at

I would class myself as a fan of Japanese design, also.
Japanese knives are an art form, an example of excellent design where form and function are fused together in an elegant piece of craftsmanship.Great! Cheers then!
Back in the CD days I always looked for Japanese imports — so much more attention to detail — additional elements of advertising... so incredible!

From my local corner shop (not in Edinburgh btw). Decent to be fair. Dry pilsner ticks a lot of my boxes. Especially ice cold for that extra crispness.
Its been a while since I have enjoyed this wonderful creation

One of the best beers ever created/brewed/devised/made. And one of my own personal favourite beers.

However, I tend to sip and savour this delight in winter (or spring, or autumn). To my palate, it is not really a beer to contemplate in summer - unless the day happens to be wet and overcast and cold.

However, permit me to express something of a (possibly) heretical opinion: Personally, I far prefer Murphy's to Guinness.
Same for me; I just happened to be at the grocery store and saw it while I was getting some other beer. Couldn’t resist.
Another favourite of mine, also, (in fact, exactly what I was sipping last night, but, in a St Bernardus beer glass), and simply perfect - to my mind - summer drinking.

A bit light, and drinks like a lemonade. But hey it's mid-morning, the sun is shining, and the pool is calling. It's OK.
