My local beer store usually gets a case once a week, and it's usually 1 per customer. I sometimes make my brother go get me another, haha. I have one left in the fridge!

Beer trades man. All these IG haze bros on the east coast want my Monkish lol
[doublepost=1522541598][/doublepost]Went to a can release @ Green Cheek Beer Co in Orange, CA today. Picked up a crowler of this very solid IPA.

I just went to their site.

@Scepticalscribe do you have any idea if they ship to the US?

I don't know, to be honest, although @mobilehaathi says he has seen some of their products on sale in the part of the US where he is currently based.

Well, they currently have two, although nothing that screams “must try” given the price. Their out of stock inventory suggests they’ve carried others in the past, but it’s clearly infrequent. They’re already fairly expensive, and if they do ship to TN it’d add on even more to the price tag. Best bet is to try to find/convince someone local to bug their distributor to carry some...

In truth, they are expensive here, too, especially the more robust stouts, but worth every penny/cent, to my mind. I haven't had a bad beer from them yet, although - as is the case with everything - there are some beers I prefer to others, naturally enough.

I need to cross post from the beer thread ...

National Beer Day! :D

90 minute, always fantastic, my original intent was 120, but it wasn't available.

The new-to-me Palo Santo Marron was _amazing_, some of the dark[er] products get a little too "syrupy", they get an overpowering raisin/tobacco, lose some of the more subtle core beer notes, this was dark, but "bright", had a nice pickup of sweeter fruits that perfectly offset the darker roast flavors.

If you didn't notice, it's also 12% ABV so consume with caution :D

But, on a cold, dark, miserable winter's night, those "syrupy" notes hit the spot, don't they?

Do enjoy - this looks a wonderful haul.

90 Minute is perfect; I feel that the 120 is just a wee bit too sweet for my likens
