I took my 330Ci out this morning to collect a few beauty shots. Here's one.

Nice 330! I'd ditch the chrome though. I can't stand chrome on cars at all....unless its a vintage/ classic.
Not everyone feels that way. I vote for keeping the chrome. It looks nice as is. I don't like cars that black out every last bit of chrome. People keep saying I should do that on my MINI. But in fact, I chose the chrome driving lamps over black, and when I add the JCW aero kit I will keep the chrome grill surround over the black one that comes with it. Chrome adds a nice touch when it's not overdone, and BMW is good at keeping it to that.

Thanks. Blacking out the trim does seem to be what most E46 owners are doing, but I don't tend to follow the herd much. Appearance-wise, the car hasn't changed much since the day I took delivery. This car isn't a ZHP nor is it an M3, and I am not too interested in trying to make it look like either one. Having said that, I definitely prefer the M3 mirrors over the original square mirrors, and I will probably go with M3 side skirts and an M Tech II rear bumper at some point. I am currently leaning towards an Alpina front lip spoiler, but I continue like the way the front looks now.

Other than a clear bra that goes on after the new paint has had a chance to cure (on Apr 12), the next mod on my list is likely to be a double DIN head unit. I am favoring Kenwood's best and latest. I don't like the Dice iPod interface that is in the car, the OEM bluetooth kit I retrofitted a few years ago is getting long in the tooth, and I would like to have a built-in nav. So I want to update the technology in the car. The car is perfect mechanically, close to being perfect cosmetically, and the suspension is done (Koni Yellow/Eibach Pro-Kit/UUC sways/LTW wheels).

Here's my car, it's a Vauxhall Corsa SXI 16v 1.2. it's looking a bit bare at the moment but i've got a pretty good list of stuff to do to it. so far i've de badged and do rubstripped the sides, added a gay looking fuel cap cover, changed the handbrake & gearknob gaiters and changed the stock HU to a Kenwood kdc4554u i think.

so far i'm planning on colour coding the outside, respraying the centre console and allows, lowering 40mm, and getting new sub amp and speakers for the boot. i'm not planning on much stuff performance-wise until my insurance comes down a bit more or i get a better job :D

First (and only) car. I love this car so much - from the gas mileage, look, reliability, etc. etc.

Honda's are probably the best car for a college student (on a budget).

I wouldn't post pics of my car as some of you may come and egg it or worse! (plus I don't want anyone to recognize me on here)

It's a nice European luxury car though! :)

Finally I have arrived.....
I love on Long Island and drive to Westchester (about 90 miles round trip a day) and if you know NY traffic you would understand.

..Gromet
I've been there. So, I am with you on this one. A stop and go traffic with a manual transmission is a torture chamber. But I hope the GM will offer a better automatic like the ones offered by Mitsubishi (Evo), Nissan (G37), BMW, and Porsche in the future.

It's called hard work, saving, and patience. I was 40 before I got my first BMW, but I waited until I could afford it without being fiscally irresponsible.
