I liked that picture, just some ebay vinyl CF eyelids.

I have also done a bit of work to the interior.

I also recently got bigger Swaybars installed which made a HUGE difference in handling. Body roll has been much reduced and the car can corner much better and stabler (Is that a word) than before.

Nice wheels. Yellow is rather blinding though.

what a beauty. 2011 or 2012?

2009. I would have loved a newer one, but tried to keep my cost within budget. CPO and 2009 was a compromise. Unfortunately so was the 328. With a manual transmission though it is plenty fast. I test drove the 335. I would have been in trouble with it.

Thanks, the yellow in that last pic came out a bit brighter than usual. The only problem with yellow imo is the attention form police. But Its too slow to get pulled over hahah.

Thanks. The cement is a nice color. I was looking at the cement and the "sizzling crimson mica" before the release series. I got the TRD sway bars. Huge difference. I really don't have any more pics worth sharing. I don't take pictures of it too often. Are you on any scion forums?

I also just put the TRD sway bars on my tC. The difference it made is huge. I can basically go around roundabouts and large corners now without slowing down. Circular highway on-ramps are also a lot of fun.
Also, are those Clazzio seat covers? I have some on order, and I can't wait until they get here. (Black leather with red stitch)

2009, Classic Silver Metallic, and the 5spd manual with premium audio and the pedestal spoiler. I also just bought weather tech mats like it appears you have.
I've owned it since April, and so far I really like it. It might not be a super high performance car, but it generally handles pretty well, even in the snow. Reminds me a lot of driving a Mini Cooper personally, which is what I originally wanted but I was concerned about the maintenance, considering I keep my cars until 200k usually. It still amazes me how much different it is when I drive my Yukon Denali, I've really grown to like the tight japanese steering much more than the Yukon's floaty boat like handling. The only complaints I have about the tC are the long doors, which can hit high curbs easily, and the back only can fit people that are less than 6ft tall. I test drove a tC2 like you have and it appears they fixed that.

They didn't include body coloured door handles with that big barge?

I got the SE (base model), since that's all I could afford still being in college. They are offered on the SEL and Limited models (more expensive).

----------

Is that Edge a V6 or the EcoBoost?

V6. the only ecoboost model I could found around my location was Silver and I didn't like the silver. the only difference is the Ecoboost gets about 3MPG better than the V6. and the Eco has the 18" I really liked though.

Oh I think you made the right choice. I would take that V6 over the EcoBoost any day. Still, the Edge looks like a very nice car, I look forward to trying one out.

The ride in them is amazing! Sync is awesome as well! I didn't like the Eco because it had the turbo leg to it when getting down on the gas.. great car all around though! I love it! I've had it 2 days and already put 280 miles on it haha.

Still in college? How old are you? Why does someone presumably so young need such a huge car?

You could have had the top of the line Fiesta with leather seats, cruise control and body coloured door handles ;) for a lot less.

I don't live in the US, but if I did, I wouldn't want to drive a Fiesta. They're nice little cars, but, aside from the fact that the US spec one is all plastic (it's the one we get here, and seriously, it sucks next to the one sold in the EU), I just wouldn't feel 'safe' driving it alongside the huge cars. Remember, the Edge is huge, but it's a medium sized car in the US. For their standards, it's quite ok.

I am 22 years old, I work for a construction company so I'm constantly driving on jobsites and I was tired of driving my lowered truck. I wanted a full size truck but I couldn't afford to pay $450 a month for it.. I'm paying $270 for the edge.

thats nice. it is a good, fun little car. And with a little more money it can be a really fun car :D As far as space. The new one seems to have better head room in the rear.

Oh, i see.

Lol yeah, how many speeding tickets have you gotten so far?:D

haha, none! I drive normally haha :p

I'm going to have to look into those, I love the way it handles stock and to me, i don't like going too fast so to me handling is a priority and well I really want to look into those and I just joined scionlife.com I just got my tC almost 4 four weeks ago, I was thinking about getting the release series but I just felt the cement was more for me
