I guess you didn't like that the Cobalt was considered the worst GM car ever built (see Watch: The Long, Troubled History of the Chevy Cobalt).

The benefits of being lowered.

Well - 2 things.
First, the car has been nothing but good to me. And - no ignition problems.
Second, the cobalt, and the SS are two very different cars. Different engine, clutch, tranny, suspension, etc etc etc.
Im getting rid of it because I live in a snowy area and I want AWD, and more powahhhh.
It's been rough for me getting back on the road again after my 95 Civic was totaled from multiple car pile up on a freeway. Unfortunately... there was a fatality, but my car wasn't involved in that part of the crash. I'm just thankful I'm alive, and that nobody was hurt when my car collided.
I always thought I would get BMW for my next car, but my old Civic was so dependable and never game me any problems... so I never really looked into replacing it. I loved my old Civic... and it has protected me for 19 years. That's why I decided to replace it with a new 2014 Civic EX-L with black interior and dark grey leather seats.

Interior picture isn't mine, but it's the exact interior I have. Most of the white EX models had beige/camel color interior... which my wife and I didn't like... especially with 2 young boys. So we went for the EX-L to get the darker interior.
The plan is to hand this down to my wife when we decide to get rid of our SUV... then I can plan on getting the car I always wanted... but who knows what the future will bring. I'm just satisfied that I'm still here... and I can enjoy life with my wife and kids.
Your pictures make me miss SD so much. I live in LA right now for school and it's so different. Anyway, nice civic. I'm in the process of getting a new car myself since I couldn't handle a stick shift (new driver problems lol). I'm thinking of getting either this 2012 ford fiesta or something else. Only 33K miles for $9,999. Not bad at all.
new wrx?
Don't tell me you don't like the smog, busy life, and traffic...
I really do miss driving stick... but if I lived in LA, I would consider an automatic. My wife will probably take over the civic, which is my main reason I got a 4 door automatic. Hopefully someday... I'll get a chance to buy a car when I am ready, and get the mid-life crysis car I always dreamed of... LOL... Anyhow, good luck on your car shopping... you are only a couple hours away from SD.

Absolutely LOVE this car.
How are those mufflers sounding? They should get louder as they break in.
Still the same boring dark blue 9-5 on the outside, but I had some parts from a scrapped car and I figured, why not?
PS: It getting a professional cleaning and polishing both inside and out. The carpet is so filthy it makes me sick.
Oh, here's the exterior.
As for the lights, took the picture a few hours before we started shooting. (As in film. Not people. Geez....)
This time my daily driver tried had to step in and act as as a unmarked cop car in a short film "the kids" were shooting.
Originally had my heart set on changing my BMW E92 for the new F32 but when I saw photos of the production car I did not like it as much as I thought I would so I got an F13 instead.
Very different to the E92 but ultimately a fearsomely impractical car. It is huge but can only seat two people comfortably (has rear seats but even Tyrion Lannister would have problems with legroom). And while every now and then it was fun to switch off the DSC in the E92 and drift it around an empty roundabout during the witching hour, I have not and would not dream of doing that with the F13. It is a very pretty car though which is all the reason to buy one.

Very nice pictures. I love Saab cars, always did, classy and stylish and understated, and was appalled when the company got into financial difficulties a few years ago.
I have heard that they are back in production? If that is true, I am delighted.
