I love the XLR. I have to say, they are quite excellent driving cars. Especially with the top down going about 65 on the highway! I love it! :D

As for the Catera, that car can rot in hell along with the Cimmaron (waayyyy before our time; early 80's. Enough said)

I can rot with the Freelander too. hahah I love our conversations.

This morning.

First car. :D

1.4 Mini ONE from '06. I loves it.

Can't drive it yet, though. :(

Thanks man, it really does rock. 'Specially the massive center dial.

What do you mean? The ONE was only introduced after BMW took control of Mini production. Unless, of course, you mean it's unmodded.

I mean it is not mini it is actually normal size, just look at how fat it has gotten over the years

I know. When I tell other Americans that my car's not small at all they look at me like I'm insane. Which of course, intensifies when I tell them that in Europe, the BMW MINI looks almost... big. :p Especially in light of Smarts and Lupos/ Polos (we don't get those Stateside).

It's just one of my pet peeves, it really is a BIG car nothing mini about it. Especially the price.

Compared to the cars we get here in the states, it's definitely not big. :p

But looking at it next to an original mini, it looks HUGE!

I never realized there was such a difference between the two.

There is a reason I have a 'normal' Mini, and that is I am far too tall to fit in a classic Mini. One of the few downsides to being 6'3". :(

I have a '83 Licoln Town Car that I can't even drive because I can't afford to pay insurance here in NYC. My insurance would cost me the same exact price it would cost me to lease a brand new Audi. And thats for any car no matter how old but reliable the car is.

I'm about 6ft (depending on the time of day *cough*) and i fit in my minis just fine, the seats right to the back, but it wouldn't be at all hard to move it back another couple of inches with some seat extenders ;)

Yes, but that takes time and effort. Being lazy does have its benefits (rear seats that can actually be used!). As much as I'd love a classic Mini, I just don't see it as practical for what I want. :)

Here's my new baby. 2008 Subaru Forester Sports 2.5XT (Long name I know)

I also have a 1991 MR2 Turbo which I'm trying to get rid of. Don't have any pictures of it though.

That's gotta be the best looking Forester I've ever seen. We don't see many Subarus around here. There's a couple Foresters that I know of. One of 'em is an older model and the other one is an LL Bean edition. It's very nice, but definitely not as cool as the 2.5XT. Is that a manual or auto.?

Thats a nice looking 'baru. My friends dad is planning on replacing his G35x with a Outback xi 2.5t. I know a lot of people that love their subarus.

Good luck with it, have some fun- I hope it's a manual.

Just don't be like all the teenage Impreza drivers in CT that kill themselves and their passengers by driving like a dick. (It's happened like 2x in the past month)

It's a manual. I made sure of that ;) There were only a handful (5-10) manuals at the time in California when I bought this, the closest to me being in Los Angeles but that one was red and I wanted something darker. Found this one in San Jose and flew up one weekend picked it up and drove it back home. I've had it a couple of months and absolutely love it :)

Awesome! Glad to hear it's a manual! Although it can be annoying in heavy traffic, nothing beats driving a manual when it comes to a good, fun driving experience.
