heyheyhey soon you guys will be seeing me in a smeksy Triumph Spitfire.

It's just going to be fantastic. cheap to buy, run and own (insurance). and its the only car I've really wanted. I mean it just screams British! oh god I'm best just finishing off this post before I work out how much money I have and try to pool it together to finally get this beauty... *whimpers*

Isn't that what Suburbia looks like?

You'd be amazed that one to two miles in any direction is a farm. It's sad how a quiet farming community can turn into one of those "perfect" towns found in horror movies.

This one of those rare Michigan days where I don't mind living in the rust belt.
If it turned into one of those "perfect towns", I'd be running out of here with a shotgun strapped to my back - dodging zombies or something :D

My '92 Camaro. Totally stock, but that will change when I put in a 454.

That's kind of an odd choice (454) with the oil situation and all ... I can no longer afford to drive my Chevelle (350) and i wish my Acura 3.0 got better gas mileage. If it weren't for so many trucks (mainly SUVs and Hummers) on the road i'd get myself a motorcylcle.

I'm really glad i didn't drop a 454 in my Chevelle; i don't think i'd be able to sell it in the current market. Maybe i should have? It'd make a good gas saver for all these H2s on the road. :p

What a steal! That is an awesome looking car! I always liked the look of that car over the Sebring and the newer 300! That is a much sleeker looking car.

Yeah, they are indeed wonderful cars. We have another LH car in the family, so I'm use to the size of it. It's a big car by todays standards, 208 inches or thereabouts. Only the Crown Vic (and its twins) as well as a the big S Class are longer.

But, you gotta love the back seat size and overall spaciousness of the interior (plus the massive trunk... (For dead bodies?)) .

I have a few mods/fixes/need to do's planned:

• Get vanity plates/registered ($250)
• Fix front bumper paint chip ($150)
• New floor mats ($25)
• Debadge letters/dealer sticker (a few hours and a hairdryer)
• Rotate tires (Next oil change)
• Tint windows ($100??)

This is one of my cars, bought from new to my own specification. The Aston Martin V12 Vanquish...

Yet you only have a mini. You should be ashamed of yourself. Where do your priorities lie? :p

Aston Martins: best tourers ever. My girlfriend's dad has the same car on order.

I'm under 30 and I don't have rich parents ;)

why didn't you buy a volante? much cooler.

i'm still a little skeptical if i should believe you or not. if you were a windows user i definitely wouldn't. but since you're a mac user i think that it might be real. but if i search google and find that pic you will get it.:p

No, not really ;) I wanted the flagship model, and the DB7 is pretty damn ancient. Beauty in the eye of the beholder, I guess.

Lol! Well, I've seen the errors of my ways now at least. It'd have been nice if Apple had sent me a mini that actually works... So long as the replacement is fine all will be forgiven.

Lucky lucky lucky lucky!!! And such total envy. Are Astons as good as they say? And -- er ---- , "one of my cars"??!!!? Please don't say that the others are Porsches and TVRs; that would be too much. But enjoy them all.

FWIW, here's mine, a Merc SLK230, 3 yrs old now. And, looking at the pics, it needs a good clean. It's fast, safe, got a few extra bits and bobs and does me just fine.
