License plates... I kinda like that I have to have them. And that they MEAN something! Incase nobody knows, UK formats are like this:

e.g. L U 5 3 K C Y

L=London U=Area U (which is Sidcup, my local DVLA office) 53 = September 2003 (as opposed to 03 which would mean March '03 etc.) and the last three letters are a unique identifier for each car...

Hurrah!

P.S. - that is not my license plate number ;)

Well, it might not be the best car in this thread but it's my first car, i got it last week and I like it! :)

OK, back to the Scion real quick. My brother in law and I got into an argument last night about this car. I am asking someone who owns one. For insurance purposes is this car classified as an SUV or a Wagon. I have searched the web and some call it an SUV, some a wagon, and I have even seen some say it is a mini van???
It's classified as a wagon.

50th Vert beautiful car man. The M3 is going to the next car I purchase can not wait.

Hey! The Audi arrived - it's gorgeous! And it's the size of a small African state. My wife has already christened it 'the barge'.

The Golf GTI went back on Monday. I spent last weekend cleaning it from top to toe and she looked fabulous. Then she spent the night sitting outside the house almost forlorn, like a lamb to the slaughter. When the guy from the leasing company came to take her away it was a very emotional moment. But we must move on - out with the old and in with the new - and you thought I was fickle, right?! :D

I love the styling of the new A6. Audi has done a great job of redesigning it. Again congrats on the new car.

My neighbor has an M3, I love that car. A month ago he slid off the road durring a snow storm and hit a tree (who drives a sports car in the winter, when there is snow). It is fixed now. His is the same color too.

Is it just me... or does your neiborhood look a little to perfect?

It looks like a stereotypical perfect california neighborhood.

To be perfect everyone would need the same car or a Volvo.

Thanks for your kind comments on my new Audi A6. It is fabulous. You just seem to gain speed effortlessly and very rapidly, without anything as vulgar as accelerating. :D Audi seem to have found an astounding balance between supple ride and cornering ability - no body roll into corners, but very comfortable over the bumps. I've just taken out a five year lease on this baby so I'm very glad it's as I remembered from the test drive. ;)

My best mate yesterday pointed out that the boot ("trunk" for y'all US folks out there) was big enough for not one, but two dead bodies! Time to change friends? ;)

The Golf was very highly strung - much wailing and nashing of teeth. It never did anything as competently or smoothly, although I never would have noticed without being able to make a comparison. The Audi is in a different league - quiet, refined and extremely composed.

Five mice for this one, I think. :)
