Took some new photos over the weekend. More or less to practice with my new camera. (rebel xt)

Awesome car, and even better pictures! I always liked the look of those.

I've been wanting to take mine out for a good photoshoot but the weather has been so terrible lately...

vniow, don't feel bad. The Principal of my high school who makes well over $100,000 a year drives the same car-ish. Always makes me chuckle a little. He surely can afford something better then an early 90s Ford station wagon.

My Principal had a ford escort until a kid flipped his chevy blazer over in the parking lot and crushed it. Then he got the mercury version of the escort. He just got a new loaded Honda Accord. Its funny though, a lot of students have nicer cars than the teachers. My neighbor drives a 2003 Pathfinder LE, there is another girl with a pathfinder LE, a kid with a Saab 9-3, and some new ford Taurus's. A lot of teachers drive old mercury sables, old hondas, and pathfinders.

There are 3 teachers that have nice cars. 1) SPED teacher- Mercedes C320 4Matic & old style E320, 2) Spanish Teacher- 2006 Audi A6 4.2l, 3) Engineering Teacher: 2002 Corvette and 2005 Mini Cooper S (used to be architect).

All the middle school teachers seem to have volvos, saabs, or VWs.

My 300zx twin turbo. I have an old Corolla GTS (AE86) that's being worked on at the moment - I'll post pics of that later.

If you get the chance, how bout posting a pic of the instruments. Loved the pod with the switch gear on the side. I almost bought a black twin turbo 5 spd back a few years ago. Keep kicking myself that I turned it down:eek:

Like the Bimmer. I REALLLLLLLY like your garage floor! Once I win the lottery, it'll be a new house with a three car garage. One stall will have a lift and all stalls will be a bit wider than standard. I want a "designer" garage with room for cabinets/tools and good lighting. AND a nice floor. Looks like you're a bit ahead of me. Cheers

Maybe we could start a thread on "show us your garages"?????;)

Very nice indeed, I drove one once when they first came out in the 90's great drive but I didn't like some cabin details.

Drools every where... 3.0 or 3.2l ?
Absolutely love the NSX, looking around for one a while ago, but in the UK the 3.2l hold their value sooooooo much more than the 3.0l. One of these days :)

Very nice. I love the cabin, one beautiful work area:) . The "great" cars, one's with style and character never go out of style. This is one of them. Just make sure that you drive it. "Drive it like you stole it", well maybe just short:D .

Darn, it's gosh awful late and I just got home. I haven't posted pics of my "stable". Hmmmm, maybe tonite.....errrr it is morning so maybe this morning. As it is, I just got a package of parts in the mail today. Suspensions goodies for my 97 Maxima SE 5spd, "Max". Heck, what's a few more minutes b4 bed. Cheers

Ok, bear with me. All these cars are actually mine, ie I'm still making the payments and have my name on the titles.

Eldest daughters ride: '96 Honda Accord EX V6(no name:( ). Leather, the works. A pretty sweet car. This pic was taken b4 my daughter moved up to Michigan and b4 the accident. I'm told that it was put together again fairly nicely. I haven't seen pics of the damage or after the fixin'. Hmmm, not sure I want to. Title and insurance will be going to her in August when my eldest son get's his license:eek: . I can't wait to see my next insurance statement.

Younger daughter ride: '92 Acura Legend Cpe("Ack"). Leather, the works. A very nice car. First experience with an Acura AND an aluminum block. After we got it I went to change the oil and found that someone had overtightened the oil drain plug and then tried to helicoil it and finally just rtv'd it. Hmmmm, replacement pan was $400 the labor was   . Have had some a/c problems but other than that pretty nice. Come August it will go to my son for 6 months to a year. My daughter wants a newer Accord or an Audi A4...98ish.

Wife's ride: '03 Nissan Murano SL ("Scoot"). Funny story here. She was at the GMC dealer and had just driven a Envoy and called me. She wanted to buy it right there. I convinced her to go to the Nissan dealer and test drive the Murano. She called me again and said that it was the car for her. She absolutely loves the CVT. This car is smoooooooooth. I kind of wanted the HIDs and leather but she wanted fabric and no sunroof. Ok, her car so she got what she wanted. We all like the color, pewter. Scoot has been a great car but we're thinking of getting something newer. I'm trying to steer her towards a Subaru B9 Tribeca. Love the looks and the awd. The interior is stunning. Ah yes, notice the Georgia "G" plate on the front. Makes the car! Almost mandatory in my neck of the woods. Course we put it on for daughter #1....UGA grad:)

Finally, my ride: '97 Nissan Maxima SE 5spd ("Max", of course:cool: ). Bought him in '00 when he was 3 yrs old with 49k. He's got about 124k now and still runs great. Leather and the works, well almost. He doesn't have the cold wx package....no heated mirrors or heated seats. A bit of a rare car in that he has a 5spd. A few mods: fsb; diamond cut clears; rewired fogs; rewired side markers but nothing major. Will be putting in some H&R springs and Tokico Illuminas shocks later on this month. I can't wait for that. Oh yes, if you look you'll see the Apple sticker on the passenger window...it's good for at least 10 hp! Anyway, these cars are really "Q" cars....sleepers. They handle well. They're built extremely well and the VQ engine is legendary. Now the bad part....my son wants it. A year in Ack and I'll hand it over. I've got to start thinking of a replacement. VW R32? Audi A3? How bout a Subaru WRX STI! Wooooooo Weeeeeee!!!!!

BTW, photo was taken by the "Great Green Ogeechee" Cheers

Wow, I wish you were my dad ($$$$). My dad was like, "we'll help you buy a 1974 Toyota Corona for $400, but you need to pay us back." (years of joy and misery, that car). Before that, they bought me a 1970 Town and Country station wagon that was all but rusted away (loved that huge piece of crap).

I got seven years out of the Toyota (1986-93). Now I'm into Buick LeSabres (which no one else seems to get--but I don't mind).

I see you are into foreign cars. That's cool. Everyone should do what they want.

As for that oil pan, OUCH. I would have gone to a junk yard and got one and put it on myself for probably less than $100 total. (but if have the coin, why get all dirty?)

Anyhow, nice cars. You have quite a car carousel going there.
