I returned my Pixel 6 because of buyer's remorse; $600 for a side device is ridiculous. The price was eating me up with guilt. Instead, I purchased a brand new Pixel 4 XL for less than $300. I'm finally getting one!! It should be here in a week!
I think you will be happy with it ...loved that phone and to this day I regret selling it... What's the other phone you carry daily?

Let's see your homescreens please b
It's that time of the year

Wiped and switched my pixel 3 to a dummy account. While I love my 6, I sure do miss the small phone pure Android experience the 3 brought me. I will get over it, partly due to how well I have taken to this new moose (To me) of a phone.

I am starting to run it Caseless almost all the time as I find the lack of size nice, and love the premium feel.

You have the Pixel 6 or 6 Pro?

Running naked feels so good.

I, uh, can't believe I've ditched iPhone permanently this time. Usually I keep my iPhone around when I try to switch, lol, but I'm completely Apple-less now. Pixel 6 is extremely good. Definitely the best smartphone experience, and it actually gives meaning to the term smartphone.

Nice.

Do you have the 6 or 6 Pro?

The regular 6. I would have not got along well with the curved edges or even bigger size, and the value just didn't seem there for me personally at $300 more.

Totally agree. The regular Pixel 6 is a nice smartphone.
Pro has a great screen, I finally got an hour with one, and see it is better than the 6 for a few objective and somewhat "pixel peeping" reasons, but I don't see the regular 6 as complete garbage.

I can't do curved screens, and I dislike large phones overall. The 6 is too big, but acceptable for me to daily drive. What I love though, is we have choice, and that Google made the regular Pixel so dang good, and 90% of the Pro for the nice discount!

I remember having 8gb phones, so to me, even the base storage on the lowest end Pixel 6 is a HUGE deal!

Strangely, I have had terrible battery life on my Pixel 6 Pro today. 3% left now at 11:30pm and I haven't used my phone differently to any other day, and I've had just over 3 hours SoT.

Odd. I've been largely impressed with battery life until now with it easily getting me through the day. If this were a weekend then I'd have been reaching for the charger much sooner.

Hopefully just a one-off if I get a bad day or crappy one. I normally like a nice reboot and charge ready for the next one

Okay gurus, I'm starting to get really sick of one feature. I cannot figure out how to disable! Or is that enable? I really want to be able to send messages using my voice when the screen is locked, I've turned on personal results in assistance but I can still to this day Not figure out how to get my phone to send a dang message when the screen is locked using ok Google!

"Before I can do that, you have to unlock your phone".

If someone is chasing me, or I'm about to get stabbed, I'm definitely not going to say okayGoogle at this point! Siri is still my savior! 😜.

Thank you, I somehow missed that secondary check box in the catacomb of Google menus. I kept looking under lock screen and turn a bunch of different things on I didn't need, I had no idea that there was a second checkbox under the initial one in Google Assistant settings, but that seems to do the trick!

Now to get my Google home mini to stop responding. When I'm trying to talk to my phone! Testing it out. I somehow called myself from it but it was an entertaining experience!

It's a mess on this phone you would think for Android Google experience, the settings would be a little bit more streamlined lol... Every other day I find a new area with something. Smh.. I also had three things answer to me while I was testing this for you. My two phones and my Google mini

I'm going to assume I'm the only person who actually kind of likes the official Google case for Pixel 6?

I have one it's okay. It's a snug fit. A lot of people were saying theirs was loose. I'm not experiencing that but it's not my favorite case. To be honest with you, it looks good but I like some of my others over it...

I understand that. I like the look of it. Some people have said it's not grippy at all and my experience is 100% the opposite, ha.
