So weird.. I replaced one, and the second one also gets pretty warm ( not restored from any backup either ) .. gotta be some app I'm using!

What are you guys using for a browser ? I've been on FireFox.
 
I don't mind waiting on the latest with a good list of fixes ..I've experienced the Bluetooth distortion thought it was the buds ..and definitely get to add more bass always a plus for me ...
 
Looks like some good things coming in the update. I also noticed this:

"Fix for issue occasionally preventing OTA updates to install *[7]."

This may be the last update I'll have to sideload, yay to that!

It has a soft feel in the back middle as you can apply a skin to it if desired ..and the top portion and sides feel harder plastic treated for grip ..overall minimal on fingerprints..side buttons are clicky..case is not bulky at all but great protection for ports and camera ..fit is snug yet not hard to remove by prying top corners first... overall solid design...

I’m using Duck Duck Go. Etsy app was the culprit for me.
 
I’ve made the commitment! Stormy P6Pro will be my only big screen phone going forward! I put my S21 Ultra up for trade to get a Christmas present for GrumpyDad. If I decide to get a S22 Ultra for some reason, Samsung can take my iPhone 13 Pro.

I’m not going for iPhone 14. I know I say a lot I won’t upgrade then I do. But this situation is different. If I make any upgrades on the iPhone side, it will be for iPhone 11 and that’s only if I’m struggling to get by on 64 gb of storage as time goes by. Also, don’t forget I still have an iPhone 12 mini I hope to be able to get back to someday.

I love my Ultra, but I love my husband more. 🤣 However I’m going to be so mad if he ends up getting “the thing” himself. He always does that! It makes it so hard for us to buy him anything! Gah! I was all set to buy him the little orange home pod. And then he said “Hey let’s get a little orange home pod!” I could have kicked him! But I think he knows I am getting “the thing” for him. Maybe. Hard to tell. Breakfast conversation was pretty weird. Lol if he reads this forum he will know. But hopefully he’s smart enough to pretend he doesn’t know. He doesn’t want me giving him 😠 faces through the holidays!

I DO have an interest in the S22 Ultra. I won’t rule that out. But like I said, I’m not locked out of trading up for it. I still have the unlucky 13 Pro.

Does anyone know how I can get my camera to take a normal picture. Stuck at this screen. Only takes black picture.

And you can't move it to another setting? I'm not seeing the black screen on the camera did it just start doing it or has it been? Try clearing the cache and data for camera and restart

I was trying to see what Google lens was about. Don't know what I did. I did clear camera cache and restart phone. Same screen. The camera should show my front yard, but it's just the screen you see there. I'll switch back to my iphone until I can figure this out.

Yay my Launch day "Free" Pixel buds are again delayed and I doubt I will have them before I fly to TX for Christmas week. I really wanted to test them in an airport situation.

Thankfully AirPods Pro work awesome with this phone.

No issues so far. Nowhere near how hot my Pixel 3 got doing basic browsing and such.

Have you tried to force close the app in device settings under Applications?

I would also check app permissions and be sure the camera app has access / permission to use the actual hardware camera. If it does, I would still try to toggle (turn it off, leave settings, force close settings, go back into settings and re-enable camera access).

If that doesn't work, all I can think of is an update may fix it, or, wiping the phone :( .

Should I have received the December update? My phone is still saying last update was a security one and in Nov.

Pull down the notification and make sure this quick toggle is on. I had this happen one time and this toggle was set to "Blocked"
