I managed to get both phones ordered. But it took a LOT of effort. Got the email confirmations and they show on my order page on Google.
But to be honest all the excitement I had for this phone has dissipated...that is until i get my grubby hands on it of course....

It had nothing to do with chip shortages and everything to do with Google not being prepared for the increased traffic on their site. Its basic **** they should have known. Pretty embarrassing from them tbh.

Correct because Amazon is filling orders. So this is on Google and they wonder why only the diehards take their phones seriously. I was trying to complete my purchase for over two freakin hours only to be told out of stock. I started 10 minutes into the presentation. They lost my business and I will just move along and keep these phones until they stop getting updates or if I decide to buy another Phone from another company.

The store showed white &black sold out, so only one available was yellow 128GB. I ordered it. My delivery shows 10/29-30.

Big Nexus / Pixel fan, but this ordering process has turned me off. Really upset that Google a huge company has such a piss poor purchasing situation.

I'm just gonna wait now, maybe see what they look like in person in the store first. As I'm sort of on the fence between the 6 and 6 Pro.

Black and Sunny 128 Gb Pro seems to be available if I believe Fi, I think I am going to put my Pixel 4 down and sleep on it. Trying to not fall into FOMO.

Patience pays off. Got the model and color I wanted but would've preferred 256GB but using only 68GB on S21 Ultra so 128GB should be fine.

Ok I canceled my Sage Green 6. My husband was able to get a Stormy Black 128 GB and we processed the trade of my 12 mini on that transaction and I got the buds, too.

He got confirmation emails. The 128 is supposed to arrive on October 28. The 256 GB on the end of November.

Two Stormies. Sigh. It’s a shame because I do like Sage green! But I am glad I get the zoom

I gave it one more try and incredibly it worked.
Ordered a Pixel 6 (not Pro), Sorta Seafoam, with a case and got the free Pixel buds.
Nov. 07-08 for the phone and Nov. 01 delivery for the other items.
I did get a confirmation email.
Hopefully they don't cancel.

wow just checked again for the heck of it and 6 Pro Black was in stock in all storage capacities. Got an order to go through without issue for a 512 for delivery 10/27-10/28.

Seems the "out of stock" earlier was probably a glitch. My guess is so many people had these stuck in their carts that the system thought they were sold out. As people timed out, the stock opened up big time. I just ordered an unlocked 6 Pro in Cloudy White being delivered 10/26 to 10/27.

Yeah it was strange. I was able to cancel my orders and get the 2 phones and colors. I wanted both for release day.
Got the 6 Pro cloudy white and 6 Kinda Coral. Some that were showing as out of stock are in stock now.
