I had an interesting experience at BestBuy. They had the 7 Pros attached to their security cables that you can typically pick up, but somehow picking it up triggered the theft alarm. They all ran over giving me the weird look like I was trying to steal it...
The BB i went to did not have any Pixel 7 on display. But they had a display with the Pixel name all over it!
So I asked they said the security alarms kept going off so the pull all of the Pixels 7s from the display. GEESH...what a fiasco....
for some reason I thought release day was friday. So will be able to pick it up on my lunch break I'm hoping on thursday. Although nothing has dispatched yet. Ordered with EE
Yeah. There was one voice of reason among all the BestBuy staff that said "it's ok, the alarm keeps going off". Made me feel a bit better, but I got a little too self conscious and just left. Lol
Seems like most of us across the world who have ordered direct from Google have our parcels ready to go but Google haven’t pressed the button!!

When I made my preorder it said delivery was Oct 13-14th. Google in the US does 2 day delivery with FedEx, at least that's who's delivered all my Pixel's. I looked at my order status and it still shows 13th - 14th delivery.
Yeah different over here. DPD notified a lot of UK orders that they were expecting their parcel over the weekend for delivery Monday! But google are holding back.
Also, I believe UPS is delivering a lot of US orders from what I read.
My 7 pro is in a warehouse 5 minutes from me but says hold requested and not to be delivered until Friday. Painful!

EDIT!! It’s lies. This is the 7. Not pro. And it’s the same notification I got on Sunday that said my Pro would be here Monday. Just the standard DPD message. Ahh got my hopes up then! 😅😂

I'm trying to decide if it's worth it to upgrade my 6 to a 7. My p6 is currently just a backup for my fold4. Best buy will give $480 which is $30 more than a paid for my 6 in the first place so I'm tempted! Just not sure it's worth the hassle.

I just received an email stating my $200 Google Store credit has been applied to my account. Going to order some Buds Pro.

I can pickup my 7 Pro once BestBuy opens on Thursday (10am). Not sure about the Watch - originally said delivery on the 13th, now that has changed to "ships by the 13th".
