Snow white is looking fire ... I'm ready
It is nice to hear that battery life has improved by a lot. That is welcomed news because it has been a sore spot with Pixel owners. I do agree with Marques that just like last year the Pixel 7 is the best deal. However if Google had used the same price structure as Apple does with the Pro and the Pro Max, would he say the same thing with a $100 price difference? I think he would then recommend the Pro.
I would because you are also getting $200 Google Store credit towards your next purchase before the cutoff date of Oct. 12th 2023. So you are basically getting $749 for your 6 Pro.Google is offering 549 trade in for the 6 pro, Im wondering if I should do it....

Just watched the Dave2D video and he’s confirmed that the regular 7’s haptics are now on par and feel as strong as the 7 Pro. So a massive improvement over the regular 6’s which were not amazing due to the positioning of the haptic motor.
Looks like the reg 7 is going to be a great buy this year.
You and me both. That's great to hear, finally.
But still Google makes the Pro better for no reason, it clearly has a brighter screen than the Pixel 7, both are said to be much improved as far as nitts / brightness goes this year, but the 7 Pro seems much better.
I just wish Google would make the smaller Pixel with the exact same hardware as the Pro, and stop gimping it.
They won't release it till tomorrow...you will have to wait for the pick up is ready email or textI got my Pixel 7 Pro from Best Buy, says pick up Thursday Oct. 13th. But since people are getting them now, can we go today instead?
Oh wow I haven’t been so in sync with someone online in a long time, I agree with EVERY single point you madeYou and me both.
Next year my wish list is.
- No more ‘Pro’ and non Pro.
- 2 models, one bigger, one smaller.
- Exact same specs and cameras.
- Coloured power button to return.
- Matte glass back. No more gloss.
- FLAT DISPLAYS.
Keep the ‘A’ device as the cheaper, entry level and just have 1 flagship in two different sizes.
And we all know google will do the exact opposite of the above. 😛
