I called both of the locations and was told there’s nothing they can do and to file a complaint with their consumer affairs department. I’m honestly curious how long this will go on.I had a similar experience with USPS several years ago. I purchased an item and the package was stuck between to distribution centers for close to 3 weeks. The funny part about it was I actually called USPS and explained it to them. The package had my correct address and zipcode but for whatever reason, it kept bouncing between two DC's. I never saw the package.
