I wish I could have a small little dog, but I'm allergic to dogs and cats. It's not too bad... but I would never be able to own one. I love em to death though... my grandmother has a Black Malti-Poo (Miniture Maltese and a Miniture Poodle cross) and I swear its the most hyper cutest little dog youll ever meet! But hey, life is the way it is.

Are you sure you couldn't handle a purebred poodle? They have hair and skin similar to humans rather than other dogs; supposed to be allergy free. My wife's mom is allergic to all cats and dogs - except for poodles.

Interesting how the name wasn't changed to zimbabwean ridgeback, especially after 1980 to reflect the country name change as well. Nice looking dog nonetheless.

here's my two....esmarelda is the little one (she's full grown, but very tiny) and klementine is the big calico. we also have a big ol' rat, but i don't have a picture of her handy...
