You work on a particle accelerator? That's freaken' wicked... I hope you're serious.
I never understood the attraction of being in the police. How is taking freedom away from people, sometimes inocent people, or someone who is smoking a harmless joint on the field one summers day not killing or hurting anyone. I just don't understand the attraction to the job?
Is it the extra power you get?
(No offense intended - general polite wondering)
Is it working again yet?
I do support your views on ...
...political action.
I do support your views on marijuana and other harmless things but police officers are not the ones you should be mad at. They are trying to keep the public safe by upholding the law that was created by politicians. Most people who become police officers do so because they feel a duty to protect the public. Who would you call when you are getting robbed if no one working in the police force? Police officers are people too and when they get hurt in the line of duty serving the public we are not all to quick to mourn but when they infringe on your right to smoke pot you question their motives? Remember that they protect our freedoms as much as you think they infringe on our freedoms, and remember they are not the ones who decide who is innocent or guilty, the court system does that. Be angry at the politicians and take political action.
I'm two years out of college and I own my own home, Nissan GTR, Jetta TDI, and have been all around the world. That job pays for all of those things so if your wanna give me the money to pay those things off I will gladly tell you everything I know.
It must be good to be you because you are super intelligent. I just wish I'm half as smart as people like you are.
Want.

No, unfortunately. It could be working, but this time CERN is busy developing and installing a safety system to prevent the massive quench of a superconducting magnet that was responsible for the original mini-explosion. This is something that should have been done before, but the previous Director General decided that turning the beam on was more important that taking proper steps to ensure mechanical stability and safety.
I am serious. It's generally a fun job, but crawling around in the detector is hard on the knees.
