I couldn't even eat half of it. Ridiculous. It was a nice treat....usually I eat very healthfully.

I made this absolutely amazing 17 bean and barley soup (dried beans and barley package from Trader Joe's). I loosely followed the directions on the package and added some of my own ingredients.....I like to improvise.

Oh yum! Where I come from, McDonalds do not have a Big Breakfast and its "Fast" Food, where your order can take a long time! So when we go out of the country, we surprise people by going to McDonalds for breakfast!

I can feel my arteries hardening!

Yep, Had the breakfast burrito. :)

Spaghetti and Turkey Meatballs.

I highly recommend the Trader Joe's turkey meatballs. They taste great and only have 2g of fat each as opposed to ten times that in regular meatballs. Sodium is a bit high still though, FYI.

I recommend them as well. I use them when I want to make a quick tomato sauce with meatballs. I make the sauce, and then just throw them in frozen while the sauce is simmering.

I also use them to make turkey meatball sandwiches with a little mustard and hot peppers.

Treated my wife to dinner for her bday. This dinner cost me an arm, but it was worth it. :p
