1) ATH-M50s - Casual Everyday Cans - Closed and Amazing
2) V-Moda M100 - Same as the ATH's but better bass and mids. Better for longer duration wear w/o ear fatigue.
3) Sennheiser HD 800 w/ Sennheiser HDVA 600 Amp - Amazing Soundstage and just make the music come alive. An Amp is a must, preferably balanced.

Wow I can't believe so many people buy those piece of **** Beats by Dre headphones. Way to be sheeps guys.

They are amazing headphones. I currently have the HD555's and am thinking about upgrading. How do you like them?
Best headphones ever, so far. I used Beats, Sennheiser HD 555, 558, Momentum, but these are simply amazing. Great sound, amazing comfort and they look and feel like a piece of a great furniture. I can highly recommend them. Sold Momentum to get them because I couldn't wear Momentum for longer than an hour without a pain.

Yeah first posted them when I got them, I'm no audiophile but from what me, my misses and my mates say, we think they are good quality, the high notes are really crisp and the bass kicks hard but not a single bit of distortion at all, they come with a metre long straight cord and a 3m coiled cord so they are good for any situation, incredibly comfortable for long periods too
My Sennheiser's cord is coming apart at the on the right side for whatever reason and aren't working. 
I wonder if I can replace them under warranty? Sennheiser has a good warranty, but the process sucks. I don't know if going through it for $30 headphones is worth it.
