My collection easily exceeds 500GB with movies and podcasts but just purely music, I would say it's about 50GB.

Can anyone please tell me if it's possible to separate the movies from the music? I don't like having a [movie] folder within my iTunes because I would rather keep them on a separate drive with my other format movies.

Is this even possible?

Just create a new library just for your movies.
