well not my purchase but got a set of Golf Clubs for my 21st!
theyre Wilson ProStaffs, titanium, polymer backing for shock absorbing a 3 and 4 Hybrid. got them custom fitted to add another inch to the height and im using graphite shaft woods and steel shaft irons. havent got a putter yet!
also got 5 lessons! had my second today and hit an 8 iron about 150 yards, bear in mind im a beginner
the whole set and irons. used the Pitching Wdge and 8 Iron today!
Driver… 10.5!

3 and 4 Hybrids
the reason for the Hybrids is they used to actually be irons and were the hardest clubs to hit in a bag. so they made mini 'woods' out of them with high grade titanium and theyre now easier to hit. i havent learnt on them yet.

It's not really a justified comparison to make, considering one is an earbud & the other is a headband headphone... But I'll try to compare them when they arrive.

Cool clubs! I don't know anything about golf, but I'd love to learn (or even try).
^ Golf is soooo hard. when i try to smack it i top the ball and it hits the turf in front and just rolls. but when i just go thru my routine that i was taught it feels as if i hardly use any effort at all and the ball flies. i hit about 3 good shots out of every 10.
i havent played a game yet and havent hit a driver. just fairway stuff on the driving range. the basics. my the time im finished i will be able to play 18 holes with my Dad.
ive always been interested in Golf on TV and playing Tiger Woods. also my Brother and Dad are pretty good at it. have a go and hit a bucket of balls at your local range.

i used to play gold as a junior, got pretty good there too. i got sick of the 4am wake-up calls (had to start when the sun rise) in the middle of winter so i gave up. would love to still play now.

all i can say is practice practice practice!! I have been golfing since age 4, am 20 now, and still aren't as good as I should be due to the fact that I don't ever practice as much as I should. Take your five lessons, and I would suggest getting more....the game of golf is a fun one, but can bring out the worst in people when its not going the way they want !! Good luck with your new sticks, hit em long and hit em straight!!! oh and for a putter, get a scotty cameron, best putters I have ever used, very well balanced!!!

Glad my 83 F-250 is deader than a doornail. even with prices going down, still expensive as hell! It died when it went to 3.00 and I haven't cared to fix it since....

For one, it's a mac, 'nuff said. Two, which I failed to mention, it's my new primary machine. We'll see how that goes.. Lastly, I got a pretty good deal, and it's almost 4 months old.

Nice coat! I need to get a new wool coat soon as well. Didn't know they sold them at AE. Maybe I'll check it out.Yeah they have a few at AE... today was the last day of the 20% sale so I went to the Eatons Centre to pick it up. It's ok but not as thick as it looks... kept me warm enough today while I did some shooting in High Park though.
