I already have the B2s and a denon receiver. I sort of wish I had got floor standing speakers but I just had gotten such a great deal on these bookshelf ones. Plus, my place is not huge so the sound really works.

I gotcha. I'm slowly convincing the wife that she needs to let me invest in some nice mains and a receiver, but I'm not quite there yet. I've just about settled on some floorstanders from Paradigm after hearing them in person -- absolutely amazing. I was initially looking into the RF-62s, but now I'm confused!

I'm quite the audiophile (sound engineer), but I just don't have the money to fully satisfy it! :)

Yeah I am not an audiophile, it's just LCD speakers are ****. I would say that technically my speaker set is budget by an audiophile's terms but it is great for me and does the job. The reason for floor standing is that I'd like to get rid of the bookshelves eventually but the speakers need a place to sit.
