how is the bass on them? you like them?

Wouldn't know. I ordered them yesterday and I'm visiting friends in Ottawa for the Thanksgiving break, so I won't be able to pick them up from my office until next Monday.

Then again, I'm not buying them for thumping bass; I'm buying them for clarity and detail. All reviews state that the bass is clean and present, but not muddy or overpowering.

Needed a few basic T's to go under the new North Face and American Eagle sweaters I got recently.

Got the maroon, navy, and dark grey. (Had to get the $12 price when you buy 2 or more) I was only going to get the navy and maroon shirt, and they didn't have the maroon in my size. So I then asked one of the guys and he searched the whole store. While doing so, I noticed the dark grey shirt and decided I'd get that one instead... right as I was going to say that he didn't need to look anymore, he had it in his hand (it had been on one of the manikins). So I couldn't say no after all that hard work.

Does anybody wear plain t-shirts alone, and not underneath a "sweatshirt" or something else? I just wear them as they are, and as long as they're not too big, (I think) they look OK.

yeh i really like to wear just plain tees. sometimes ill wear a plain white or grey Bonds muscle shirt underneath a long sleeve shirt when its really hot at work. i guess it really does work as a "sweatshirt". i also like to wear a plain shirt out sometimes but then also wear something else 'catching' like shoes or a belt.

I do. It's hard for me to find t-shirts with logos that I like.

yeh same. ill sometimes wear the crazy fashionable design tees but mostly ill go for a logo or simple design that i like.

Big investments here.

Yes, yes, yes indeed, indeed.

Yes, yes, yes indeed (x50 million). I have a bunch of Gap Ts and wouldn't wear anything else. I mean, only wear Gap T shirts. I mean, when I wear a T shirt, it's always Gap.... if that made any sense.

Got a number of purchases coming my way. I'm refurbishing a TiBook 500mhz that was given to me. Maxing out the RAM (1GB), ordered a DVD burner (the one that's in there now is buster), and eventually I'm going to get a new battery for it.

Seems strange to pour money into an old laptop I guess, but I really love this design...probably my favorite Apple laptop ever!

Completely agree. My TiBook is not doing well, but I refuse to ever get rid of it. I still look at the design and think it is revolutionary, even compared to today's stuff. I love the small bezel around the screen and how it looks like it is just floating there on two small hinges above the rest of the computer. I'm definitely a fan of its two-tone color scheme as well.

I usually wear plain. Look much smarter.
