I did this with my mom for about 20 days, WOW dude, this is a great program!! Kenpo is by far the best day of the week. Yoga will kick your ass, it's much harder than you thought... and be prepared to do ton of push-ups, more than you thought you could ever do

But seriously, it was killer so drink tons of water during, and a protein shake afterwards! I did lose a few pounds and gained some tonage, don't know why we quit, but we did hahaha

Yeah, that's what everyone is telling me. I'm really, really looking forward to the yoga. I'm fairly fit, but I've been looking to get into real shape, and build some great muscle tone in my chest for a long time.

Maybe lee will flirt with me more then.

Oh yeah, and just got this as well. THe IMAX shots are unreal in 1080p on a 47" LCD.
