O Canada...
Anyways....... thought I'd share this purchase because of how cheap they were. Nordstrom Rack is my new favorite store. I bought a pair of Rock & Republic jeans, which retail for $218, for $54.50. That's 75% off. I happened to be at Nordstrom at The Grove yesterday, and saw the same pair at full price.

 Sooo jealous! Especially since I just bought a pair of Rock & Republics last week and they were definitely not on sale.

For my Mac Pro.
It's gorgeous.

And also a 1TB caviar black

$89 at best buy with a $10 RZ certificate. My first 1TB drive was $300, sheesh these things have gotten cheap.

It's the Canon LiDE 50 I purchased several years ago. It's a real workhorse :)

I was hoping it was the LiDE 80 as I've got one that I really like, but from what I understand it doesn't work with Leopard or Snow Leopard. Even though Canon has updated the drivers for Windows Vista and 7, they've apparently chosen not to update the drivers for 10.5 or 10.6. I guess when the day comes that I get a new Mac I'm going to have to get a new scanner. I've got a feeling it won't be a Canon.

I've got mine working on my 2009 iMac with Snow Leopard using CanoScan Toolbox X Version 4.1.3.0. Even the quick launch buttons on the scanner work. :)
