Some new shoes for work:

Hush Puppies (Ancona)

Hush Puppies (Madrid)

I usually buy my shoes from Clarks, but I have been disappointed in the quality recently. I've heard some good things about Hush Puppies, so decided to give them a try. I hope they're comfortable! In my work, I need to stand for long periods of time.

I start a High School teaching course (maths) to become a qualified teacher at the end of the month, and I need to brush up on some maths that I haven't touched in about 5-7 years. None of this stuff was in my degree!

Four of these:

(Possibly the best deodorant ever)

And decided to upgrade from Fusion to Fusion Power, so bought two of these packs:

Three packs of these...

...and six packs of these:

I usually buy the non-retractable version of this pen - but kept losing the lids. The Pentel Energel pens are brilliant and write so smoothly. Everyone always comments, "That's a nice pen" when they use it!

Also contemplating this:

It took me awhile to see the difference. It's like the difference between Ble Steel and Le Tigre. :p

Have you heard of Clarks Unstructured line? Very comfy shoes, even for a flat-footed guy with a bad knee. :) I've had mine for a year as my only work shoes, and they're still great.

Technically I didn't purchase these, but seeing as they were given to me for my birthday, they ARE items I have recently acquired!

-A Crumpler 7 Million Dollar Home camera bag
-A Henckels santoku knife

Sharpie liquid pencil. Saw this on Uncrate and decided to order a couple. Has the same feeling as a pen but the ink looks like pencil and can be erased. Becomes permanent like a Sharpie marker after 3 days. Hoping this can be used on a scantron.

Picked up another Canon s90.. since I brought my own home, everyone in the family now wants one. Therefore I gave my s90 to my parents and picked up this new one for $280 from fredmiranda for my sister. Man, it's expensive to be home...

How'd you manage to get it for that price?

Samsung LN40C530 40" 1080p I was about to drop 674 on amazon for it but decided I couldn't wait and headed to Bestbuy. Little did I know bestbuy had an open box for only 375! It works great but didn't come with a remote or stand.

<off-topic> Every time I see the 3GS, I wonder how they could mess up the design of the iPhone 4 so badly. I think the 3GS looks way more stylish than the iPhone 4....

The lack of a thick bezel is probably what's throwing you off. You get used to it after a while though.

Haha going to head to best buy today to see if there is anything fun. Doubt I could ship a 46" TV across the country though. That would suck.

Right now I have a 24" HDLCD in my room as my "TV" hooked up to a PS3. Was going to get a 32" for the room, but got a 27" iMac instead. :p My computer is going to be bigger than my TV. LoL.

Yeah, right now I have a roommate so I bought a 32" for my bedroom. Now, that I'll have my own place, I want a bigger one for the living room.

Open Box at Best Buy is awesome for the most part. A friend of mine bought a new LED for $850 marked down from $2200. There was nothing wrong with it. Previous owner just didn't want it anymore.
