Surely, How is it that a hockey game is played on a ipad or iphone? I am interested in hearing some kind of review, as there are many moves (shots, dekes, checks, etc...) that need to be made using just fingers?

Did you have to buy 2 versions? 1 for the iPhone and another for iPad, like an HD game?

I only bought the one version. I haven't tried it on my iPad yet, but as you can see from the gameplay video in the link above, it is being used on the iPad (at x2).... and looks pretty good.
