I have been really disappointed with their newest release. I don't like anything they did since Meteora. Where's the nu-metal at?

(Not that I expected them to stay locked in a single genre, I just don't like the direction they took.)

I don't think they'll ever go back to their nu-metal ways :( but I've just adjustested to the new music they make. I personally love the new album but not as much as the first 3!

I thought Minutes to Midnight was good. Neither are as good as their earlier work, but I still LOVE LP!

Minutes to Midnight sounded like it was a soundtrack made for The Hills or some other teeny bopper show. Curious to hear how the new one sounds. Meteora is still my fav album of theirs.

My Gunlord Dragon Box Collector's Edition for the Dreamcast has finally arrived :D

And a new Flymo lawnmower and strimmer, so I don't have to keep borrowing me Mum's

My local discount store had them for cheap, so I saved about £60 on the retail price.

Picked up an excellent beer fridge on CL for 150$ (was 499.99 at Home Depot) and then went a little overboard on the DogFish purchase, I just love this stuff.

Meteora was ****ing awful, musically and lyrically. It was a bunch of grown adults whining about how their teenage years sucked. We get it, being a teen sucked. We all had our problems. Seriously, how many times can you use the word "pain" in one album? Meteora was emo lyrics with a nu-metal sound. ATS and LT are by far the better albums.

I'll be seeing them in August, but I'm really going more for Incubus than Linkin Park (though my friends I'm going with are die hard LP fans)

The new iPad 16GB LTE (Verizon). Sold my 16GB WiFi for about the price I paid for it and picked up the LTE version with a $50 iTunes giftcard. Carrying around a MiFi just for the iPad was getting cumbersome!

If you were like me you wouldn't care so much about the lyrics. My favorite bands are instrumental bands. Actually I find that all LP lyrics are redundant (basically: "you are doing something wrong that hurts me, stop it"), but I listen it mostly for the music. For me, voice is an instrument.

The newest album (well, the track Burn it down, I haven't bothered to listen to the rest) sounds like a Maroon5-wannabe album, which to me isn't a compliment.

Oh man I am jealous that is BAD A$$!!!!! I love Dogfish too! I just found a place that has the 90 minute IPA on TAP! Tasty.

I haven't heard it yet, I received my notice that it is coming! Can't wait. They are one band I want to see and haven't seen them yet. The day they are going to be near me I am out of town!! Ugh. I would love to see them.

I have those in brown and black, but the non lace up version. I've had knee surgery and love ecco shoes. I bought a black pain and loved em' so much I got the exact came pair in brown. They are supper comfortable and light. The build quality and materials are top notch. They are more expensive than other shoes, but you get what you pay for. :D

The slip on and lace up both retail for the same price but I got the lace up ones for $50 off through amazon. I can't wait to use them. I spend a crazy amount of time on my feet and I think these will be great.

Well it's more for just throwing around, I don't mind it if i'm outside doing some work and I want to drink a few, but It's definitely a lower caliber and I think once it's out of the fridge it will be replaced with a case of yuengling and peroni.
