In a coffee shop.

Looks rather nice, actually; I like the description in which the machine defines itself as a 'slow juicer'; what does that mean, exactly? Is this concept of 'slow' defined by health considerations (like the 'Slow Food' movement), or simple pragmatism (this juicer is slow)? Anyway, to the key question: Is it a good juicer and how do you like it?

----------

I ordered this light hearted and charming piece for the Absinthe Corner.

It was a toss up between this and a picture of some cute kitties. Tough choice, but I went this way.

The drawing is on metal...which I thought was interesting.

This…….or 'cute kitties'. Hm. Tough choice. But I think I know what you mean when you write that you elected to choose this one…..I can see that the 'cute kitties' might be seen as an excessively ironical post-modernist statement……..too deep, really, and a little esoteric, for most cultural preferences. No, this one is better. Much better, all things taken into consideration….But the 'absinthe corner' sounds like A Great Idea….

Gopro LCD touch bacpac limited edition. Gopro finally updated the housing for the 3+ so now instead of the free housing you get the new back doors for use with the hero 3+ housing. It seems like a better deal to get a free new housing then the new back doors which are only $10 from go pro.

Ordered one of those bacpac as well. Thinking ill use my go pro much more now. Should be here Thursday.

Thank you.

Those are two things also on my to buy list. Although I'm kind of waiting for more news on the GoPro Hero 4 that might be out this summer.

Apparently it'll do more than UHD at 15FPS, if so it will be a buy for me.

Combined these make for the best sleek/stylish protection for iPhone 5/5s, imo.

Installing the glass protector was a B and a half. Gotta line it up perfectly and make sure there's no dust. Installed it in my steamed-filled bathroom from the shower. All the dust in the air falls to the bottom creating a dust free environment.

It's actually pretty neat. It's not like a normal juicer with blades, it uses a cold-press system so more juice is extracted from pulp and leaving drier pulp (basically bone dry pulp). The slow is referring to Hurom's patented Slow Squeezing Technology (SST) gently squeezes ingredients, preserving natural taste & nutrients lost by high-speed juicers that grind and crush. Slow Squeezing Technology also retains heat-sensitive nutrients such as Vitamins A and C, and live enzymes. The only real issue is that produce must be cut up into manageable sizes so the parts don’t jam, but it really isn't that big of a deal (i.e. can't put a whole carrot into it). It's an awesome juicer and I love it!!

My HD is definitely failing, so I decided to spend a little more on a replacement hybrid drive. Never used one before, but hopefully I'll be able to notice some difference!

Installing it later on, just arrived from Amazon.

Not trying to burst your bubble or upset you, but I didn't notice any difference between a 7200RPM drive and a hybrid drive. I only went for the hybrid drive over the regular HDD because it was on sale on amazon at the time.

Don't worry, I only really bought it for the storage, and I got a fairly good price for it. Only ever used 5400 rpm drives, so any improvement would be welcome.

Just to tide me over until I can afford to upgrade to a rMBP with fully flash storage!

Coming from a 5400RPM drive, you'll notice a marked improvement. :)

I picked up a vehicle mount for my iPhone for autoX and track days. The iPhone is running Track Addict HD (lap timing and data collection from the GPS and OBDII devices). The base bolts to one of the seat bolts and I can remove the column when I don't need it as it just clamps into the base with another bolt.

Forgot to compliment you on a lovely hat; well wear…..

Thank you for taking the time to give such a detailed reply along with such a positive and glowing review; that sounds like a really impressive juicer - when I am next home, I must look into it and will certainly consider getting one; what a wonderful product. Actually, I love the idea that the produce is 'slow pressed', and slowly squeezed that allows natural nutrients to be retained (rather than 'grind and press' as you phrased it).

This is the link to the specific print on metal that I bought, but the whole site is all original art.

Wow. That site - and the artistic work it offers - looks most impressive.

Hey buddy, I posted 2 different pics of my earphones on 2 occassions. Does that make me a seller of the product ?

I live in the States and the earphones are Swedish. To my knowledge they are not yet for sale here.

I think it might be because you only have four posts and all four are about the headphones.
;)

And judging by your other posts I guess you sell these for a living?

I must say that the same unworthy thought crossed my mind.

Yes, but of a total of four posts, three are about this company's earphones. So, yes, I am a little surprised….at the fact that only one topic, and one particular product, seem to comprise the sole content of your posts….

Exactly.
