So far so good. I have to do the fine tune autofocus with some of my lenses but I am loving it so far.
Galaxy Note 4 UnboxedSold my HTC One M8 and need something else to feed my Android hunger. Was getting bored of the 6 Plus and thankfully iMessage is MUCH more easier to let go of thanks to the online de-registering tool! Smartphones are an expensive habit!
Once you get some personal time with it, it becomes beautiful. In fact, I thought it was uglier than the 5s and now I think otherwise.
Well there's no denying that the front side is absolutely gorgeous, but the back...Oh they missed the point of esthetics on that. I know it's a thing of engineering that the camera lens can't be that thin, but so will they keep making the phone thinner so it even sticks out more? Dunno...
So the fact that the camera bulges out ever more on Samsung devices is fine? This is probably the most polished protruding rear-facing camera on any smartphone ever made. It doesn't bother me in the slightest.
Of course not. If manufacturers really, trully care about the design of their products, they should make it happen. I wonder why that never happened under Steve Jobs (post iPod era).

Escape from NY from iTunes: note this is the rather crappy dark print MGM released on blu ray a couple of years ago. My personal rip from the special edition of 10 years ago has a lot more of Cundey's lighting in the night/dark scenes. Still, I've purchased every last U.S. version of EFNY since it's first appearance on VHS. Despite the dark print, I adore this movie. I am looking forward to Scream/Shout Factory's blu ray next year.
I also pre-ordered the modern giallo, The Strange Colour of Your Body's Tears as the digital release is cheaper than dvd/blu ray. Amer, the previous film by the directing duo was okay so I am hoping this is better.
Most of the Eurocult Amazon haul I ordered earlier this week should be here today. So I know I'll be watching at least two of those films this evening.

Only problem I'm having is with iTunes syncing my music. I'm still in the process of rebuilding my playlist with 2200 songs.

I'm glad Apple gives choices other than white and black (well I guess black is gone lol). The aluminum plays a huge role in making actually look like a really nice gold. If it were plastic I don't think it would have came out so nice.New wifi card. Bunch of people had success with it in their hackintosh builds. Unless the **** really hits the fan, it should work in my Macbook White (5,2). Might even work with those fancy new Yosemite features. But either way, i'll be able to make use of the gigabit internet at work.
