My old waterproof travel speaker belted out its last song on Xmas day. I like the replacement so far. I like being able to turn it off/on from the app. I wish it had next/previous controls though.

Nor did the resistance.

I called in today to check on it- the original plan being to treat myself after my scheduled visit to the dentist next Tuesday.

However, an enquiry to the owner revealed that they only had one left; I had read reviews yesterday (raving, ecstatic reviews from people who had bought this) and thought, 'sod it'. So, credit card was produced, and that was that.

Not only is it beautiful (which it is), handmade - which I love, and - according to the reviews, will allow for the making of quite delicious coffee - but it is exceedingly light, (I love portability) and fairly small. This means that It Can Travel With Me - always a relevant consideration for me when buying something of the sort.
