ЧИКАГО!
Keri's Mac Pro!

Hello.

Here's my Mac Pro 1.1 setup.

I just got the new table from IKEA today..... things are still unorganized and strewn about. It's a big change from my previous one.

I love this table! It's glass with designs painted in black on the underside. There's enough room to put my 20"ACD next to the 23" one. I could've really used it on my last Dreamweaver session.
I'm thinking to replace one of the stands with a 3-drawer cabinet of the same height. It's neat that my UPS fits inside one of the stands like that.

For those that noticed:
I'm finally switching from Premiere Pro to Final Cut! :) 1st sample project is underway.

Income tax check= All Gone!

Have Fun,
Keri

woa, a left handed that actually use her mouse on the left! I was "forced" to learn to use it on the right: at home, at my friends houses, at school mice were always on the right and nobody let me move it on the other side and switch buttons!

Penington why do you have your monitor/macs wall mounted when they're at almost exactly the same position they'd be at if they were sitting on your table anyway? The aesthetic of that chunky white conduit is even worse than seeing a metal leg on the table IMHO (much worse). Have you a neck issue? Sorry, just curious :D

tompom I LOVE your pic. It's so... the wall.. wow. the room looks all nice and chill and relaxed, good photography :D

heartcoreboy: I love the printer stand, but .. your printer is almost on the floor! Eek.

cleanup: lol @ the desk. And your name. XD

diotav: You're some kind of designer right? Your room looks sooooo designer.

Keri: that table is INSANE.

I wonder what will CS5's content awareness is going to fill in your blank spaces here :D

Yeah, don't know when they will make a rounded USB port or screen :D

To bigmanathome24: I bought it from local furniture shop here in my country, a very popular and cheap one.

Ah okay

LOL! I have to use a mouse right-handedly at work because the computer terminal is set up that way. Either way works for me.
I prefer left mousing but I never switch the buttons around.
So let's see... I'm a Lefty with Rightie buttons?

I'm happy with this table. It's an IKEA "Vika Glasholm". I had it narrowed down to this one or the "Besta Burs" in really shiny black. The Besta would've partially blocked my window and that would've driven me nuts.

Now it's onwards with the dreaded CABLE MANAGEMENT!
Have Fun,
Keri

Very nice looking setup. Curious...ever try the MP under the desk? I think it would look just as nice, maybe nicer, and would open up some space. Just my opinion.
