College apartment room, pretty messy:

The "stacked" desktops are

  • Power Mac G5 (bottom)
  • Dual 1.8GHz Processors
  • 3GB RAM
  • 200GB HD Main
  • 750GB HD for Media
  • OS X Leopard

  • Hackintosh G5 (top)
  • Power Mac G5 Modded Case
  • 2.93GHz Core2Duo
  • 4GB RAM
  • 250GB HD
  • NVIDIA GeForce GTX 250
  • OS X Snow Leopard 10.6.2

Then I have my September 2009 unibody 17" MacBook Pro that I use for classes and Windows stuff when needed, and my work 1st gen MacBook Air.

Note: My MBP keyboard isn't disgustingly dirty, it has a Moshi keyboard cover on it that is worn from use so it looks dirty. If I take that off it reveals a keyboard that is in day-1 condition. Same goes for the trackpad/wrist area, covered by a Moshi palm-guard. I am very picky about keeping my Apple stuff clean, because I like to flip it in a year or so and selling a 100% perfect condition computer is always easy.

It's kinda funny to see multi-thousand dollars computer hardwares and a table too small for it. :p

Mac Setups

Some amazing setups in all of these threads, would you believe I have gone through part 1 to 10 this morning in all the "Post Your Mac Setup: Past, & Present" threads!

My setup is very restricted at present, due to living in a small apartment, and having to use the kitchen table, but for the purpose of this thread, I will post a photo of my setup now below, and then another photo when we move into our bigger apartment at the end of this month, where I will have my own office space, and large desk. Can't wait.!

Here is my setup at the moment..

We get it, you have a lot of macs. This is like millionth time you are posting your setup. Honestly if I see your setup one more time I may actually vomit.

I might be wrong here, but I'm almost 100% certain that the original picture was only posted once by the user. The other pictures are basically quoted by others in the thread. So, give him a break...

I'd say hang him!
:p

C'mon guys, there are people around here who posted their setup about a hundred times! I guess we all know who is meant, so don't blame someone for posting his setup three times, especially when it's really nice.
Would be nicer in colour though. ;)
Well, that was just pure information, no interpretation... Though without any remarkable changes posting the same setup that often becomes quite boring...

Sorry GA84...

It is a pretty nice setup BTW.

Not to worry;).

BTW, I never said I didn't like the setup. I do. I just think it is beyond pathetic to post your setup as freaking often as he does. I thought someone needed to call him on it and so I did.

Your comment speaks volumes about yourself. I on the other hand was genuinely annoyed.

Three times, really?
In all fairness there were changes:
Chair
Placement of mouse
Placement of keyboard
Placement of Wacom
Amount of ambient light
Grain of wood
Inclusion of iPad
Exclusion of Wacom
Exclusion of iPad
Wallpaper
Time of day
Inclusion of phone
Exclusion of phone

I could go on but every set up picture he has posted has one minor difference at least. I for one say we put them all in a flip book and make a movie.
