What's the dimensions of your desk? I'm moving into a new apartment, and got limited space for a desk - and yours looks the ideal size.
1.5m wide x 70cm deep, it was from Argos - i'm not sure if they still do that one though.
so far really good, i bought the magic mouse when it came out and sold it 2 days later, but this is useable.
I've gone off the edge a couple of times and dropped a couple of things while dragging, but i'm getting used to it now.
i've turned off the tap to click as i was accidentally clicking everything, all the swipes and movements work perfectly and the bottom corner for right clicking works good too.
I think Apple needs to fine tune the 'accidental tap' a bit more. I noticed when I updated to the latest Multitouch driver, my MBP's trackpad was picking up more accidental taps than usual.
Might just be me..

Since I got rid of my desk my setup consists of my Macbook and the floor (and the best kind of dogs known to man), or good old standing up
Ye it's really not comfortable...lol
And before anyone suggests it...sitting on the bed is a no-no. Far too much OCD where that's concerned.
