'scuse the quality. This is my little nook where my MBP and I return after a day of Uni.

I've been keeping an eye on the MacBook Pro's temps while it's living it's life in the drawer and they haven't gotten much hotter than they do in the outside world.

Dual monitoring iMac

A quick shot of my setup with my iPhone. Twin 21.5" Dell LED monitors flanking the 27" iMac in my sig. I have really been glad I made the switch to portrait on my extra monitors.

How do you dual monitor with the iMac?

I've been keeping an eye on the MacBook Pro's temps while it's living it's life in the drawer and they haven't gotten much hotter than they do in the outside world.

I like it. I need a bigger desk (Or a decent 6ft long table...) I would love to tuck the laptop into the drawer and use an external keyboard/mouse/monitor, but I bounce back and forth between the two machines on my desk depending on what I'm actively working on. My Mini which is spec'd lower than my MacBook actually handles most of my heavy lifting and acts as the media center...

I may paint the office a grey color, i dunno. Not sure what I want to do with the desk. PowerBook G4 on the left, MacBook on the right..

I don't know if I like my setup at all now...need to come up with some better ideas... Any thoughts?

What have two laptops of the same size in the first place? Couldn't you sell them both and get a 15" MacBook Pro?

I'm not the OP but I have the same mousepad and the magic mouse. Combined, they work wonderfully. I prefer the 'control side' but it still runs quite smoothly.

Bose speakers (sub-woofer under desk)
16GB WiFi iPad
Sharp 46" HD LED TV
Panasonic 5.1 Surround Sound (sub-woofer under desk)
XBOX 360 - Don't know exactly which version, it's solely for media centre. (Plugged into TV via HDMI to stream media from MBP + XBOX Foxtel).
Stuffed over in the corner is a dual XBOX 360 controller cradle/charger, a home line cordless telephone, and my Belkin wireless router.. and the tall shiny thing is a fan, looks cool, but is fairly useless, especially now I have airconditioning.

Not pictured:
DROBO 4-bay External RAID.
1TB USB External HDD for Time Machine backups.
Sharp 4KW portable air conditioner.
Westinghouse bar fridge

It's safe to say I spend a fair amount of time in my room..

Here's a photo of Steve jobs home office, I think its from 2006.

It's a pretty nice picture. It's from 2004, from a collection of photos taken of Jobs. Some of the other photos have other angles of him at his desk, and some are of him in various parts of his house in various poses. All are B&W.

Some say that a messy desk is a sign of a creative individual.
