On the fence
It's been a couple threads since I've posted, figured I'd share my new setup.

Aluminum MacBook 2.4GHz, 4GB, 320GB
AOC 20" LCD
320GB external
Apple wired KB w/numpad (my favorite keyboard I have ever used)
Logitech m505 (soon to be replaced with a LX8)
Sennheiser HD555 (very nice for under $100)
Dwight Schrute bobblehead
IKEA Micke desk
iPod touch 4th gen 32GB and Samsung Epic 4G not pictured

It was a bit nerdier in my dorm room last year, where I had my TV, stereo and 360 right next to my desk, but I didn't get a pic of that. As usual, excuse the crappy phone pics.

To the people who have their MacBooks closed and plugged into other displays--do you get decent temps/not have overheat scares? I used to run my old Windows laptop with the lid down and plugged into another display, and it would get super hot and it overheated a few times.

Then you didn't read the thread.

Why so much anger in this heart of yours?

If I use my macbook pro TOTALLY closed, then it can fry an egg. So I use it just a bit opened, something close to 2 fingers opened.

So i see my setup on your iPad?

Nice setup, but it looks like you airbrushed the keyboard cable out.

yeh, really liked your set up ;) inspiration for mine, if/when I eventually get my first MacBook. I already have monitors and other bits and pieces, just need the actual laptop (I haven't went and bought the monitors etc, just have them from my last computer few months back)

@aKCLee

Well done!
The Mario and Zelda — well, Link — collection looks great!
Where can I get a Link figurine like yours?

(I hope those apple boxes are just for the photo)

@jafingi

The PlayStation controllers, dandy!
