The ASUS 25.5 inch monitor is on an ergotron mount so I can swing it out of the way when I need to open the closet (which is where I keep a Spirit folding treadmill)
which ergotron mount are you using and how do you like it? is it easy to move out of the way? I just bought an ASUS 23.6" LED monitor to expand my 13" screen real estate and it would be nice to be able to move it out of the way when i'm not using it.
thanks

I have the MX. My only complaint is that you can't raise it up very high, but it seems to be at the right level when I am using it.

For swinging it out of the way, it works exactly as I planned. It moves back and forth without any issues. This was an important issue because the monitor is in front of the closet door.

I had a 19 inch display on an ergotron LX mount and I tried it before buying the MX, but it could not really handle the weight of the Asus.

Controlled chaos - my kinda room!

That desk chair looks long-term comfortable. I hate 99% of desk chairs. Been thinking about barber's chairs instead.
Thanks! I put a lot of effort into organizing my chaos, so I am glad you noticed!:) The other side of the room has a custom made double bookcase and a CD rack, so I have even more chaos in the room.

I would not trade the chair for any other office chair on the market. I needed something for headphones, TV, and work and it does all equally well. It reclines and the headrest adjusts, so I can lean back, put my feet up and listen to music or watch the TV mounted over the iMac.

When I was growing up, my uncle had a barbers chair and I loved that thing. Not sure if it would be great for an office since you can't roll around, but I would love to see pics if you go that route.

cool, thanks for the input
You are welcome.

I keep seeing those speakers everywhere - they look great!
After a bit of research I have found they're not available in the UK and they run on a different voltage :(

That explains why I could not find them. I ended up buying M-Audio

Well, I have a 220-240 volt version of these speakers, but they have a European plug. They are available here in the Netherlands.

I stand corrected!
There deff isn't a UK version, but a European one with a plug adapter should work nicely I think

The hunt resumes...

Here it is, the M10's look really good, but lack bass.

Bass heads should look at other speakers, don't get me wrong they sound awesome, but little bass.

I don't mind I got them for $70 anyways. :D

Sorry pic is huge@!
