How are you liking those speakers? Those are the Bose Companion right?

Can’t decide between those and the 20s that are in silver, but also double the price ?
They are and I'm loving them. I've had them for almost two years and I won't be replacing them anytime soon. Highly recommended.

How are you liking the M7 monitor, I’m currently looking at maybe getting that one myself.
I am happy with it, but it depends of the use, of course.

My main use is web browsing, office 365 and some YouTube videos. Speakers are not bad at all and the best thing is USBC for MBA M1 (charge and video input at the same time)

I was wondering if 32” were too much, but with 4K resolution there is no problem. I won’t use a smaller monitor after this.

Let me know if you have any specific question.

... and let's see where it all started. Although I don't have a picture of my first setup, below is the second iMac that I had. See attached as of 2002. It seems to me that back in the day we've had a lot of stuff around the computer itself. Remember the "Digital Hub"?Although I have a picture from a few years before this was taken, back when this room was used as an office and was much more full than this. I hope you enjoy!

- iSub

Okay, now let's go to what was before the beginning. Please enjoy the view - some time during 1998.

- A couple of PowerMac G3's
- A couple of Apple Studio CRT displays

I'm confused - does the monitor COME WITH the wallpaper? Like, how is it installed in macOS?

That reddit link is nice but quite low res (2000 x 1334).
Of course not. There is no way to "install" an image on a monitor... it can only display the image sent to it by the computer... but much like phone and tablet manufacturers, they have images created to show off the function of their hardware... but they typically keep the images to themselves... and that's why typically only low-res versions can be found on the web.

Here is my current setup when using my M1 MacBook Air in clamshell mode...

The G-Technology 4-TB Thunderbolt-3 GDrive can provide power to the Air, but the battery charges VERY slowly. When I need to charge the battery normally, I plug my USB-C AC adapter into the Falwedi USB-C hub. I also have a Lightning-to-USB-A cable plugged into the back of my Apple 27" LED Cinema Display, for charging/syncing my iPhone SE and for charging my Magic Keyboard and Mouse if need be.

Ah man ... that desk and Mac mini needs some real love there. :(
It's a pretty old desk. And as for the Mac Mini, I will admit I could wipe it clean. I still do use it sometimes, especially if I want to stream/play media onto the 27" Cinema Display as I work on my M1 MacBook Air or my 2012 15" unibody MacBook Pro.

Is the Cinema Display still holding up with other displays?

Can you charge and the MBA via Thunderbolt?
The Cinema Display is still pretty good so far, but I can't charge my M1 MacBook Air with it. However, I CAN charge both my late-2009 polycarbonate MacBook and my mid-2012 unibody 15" MacBook Pro using that LED Cinema Display!

External storage, is connected to the Dell Monitor USB HUB, and taped to underside of table (out of view) with double-sided gorilla tape.

My laptop can be connected and disconnected from the whole setup with the one TB3 cable. Love it.
