I see an iPad Pro and a mini down there? Is that right?

Just curious what you use each for? I really love the mini, but haven't found a way to justify adding it to my collection yet since I have the Pro.

Yea, my mini is an exclusive e-reader. Love it.

I finally found a reasonably priced Pro Display XDR on Craigslist locally. It's sweet! I'm running it as the primary display connected to my M1 iMac (16/1T). I wish the iMac could support an additional screen so I could add my ultra fine 5k too. Or, if the next M2 iMac or mini comes in a M2 pro flavor that would be very tempting...

Is it pretty smooth running the iMac and the XDR display? Nice setup for sure!

Was able to finally complete my Al Gore setup. I know these monitors are old and when comparing to modern 4-5k monitors in my PC setup they blow these ACD's out of the water but somehow I always get attracted back to using them even if their resolutions are not that high anymore. Somehow they are easy on the eyes this matte style display.

Now you definitely don't have to use your radiators anymore.

reminds me of Hugh Jeffreys' old setup

At first I was expecting that but I find that they don't get that hot as I put the power adapters on my Mac Pro to use it as a heatsink and the power adapters only stay relatively warm now and the monitors stay warm also instead of the furnace temperature ahahha.

Nice setup… but I have to ask, what are the foil walls about?
Hey Amaze,
As I posted back in Nov 17 2012....

"This room was a dusty 120+ year old attic.. I needed a cave so I dressed it up with this silver foil blanket insulation to keep in warmer in the winter and cooler in the summer.. A quick, easy and inexpensive wall covering fix with the benefits of energy efficiency.
