The lighting makes that thunderbolt display looks space gray!
So I started seeing the blinking problem you described.
I just got the HDMI connected, and it displays everything the same as it does with DisplayPort, so no worries
Other than needing to use an adapter, I haven't found any disadvantage. It still runs the full resolution (HDMI is basically DVI), and I have found that reds and greens are more properly saturated on HDMI with this monitor as well.Is there any disadvantage to using an HDMI connection instead of the Display port-to-mini display port for a 1920 x 1200 display?
