Yes, those speakers are a great aesthetic and aural fit for the speakers. I've had them for a while, anticipating getting this display.Wow, great eye there! It's actually a hand-painted NES with an image of the final battle from the original Metroid, I got it on eBay when the gal doing them first started and got all that Kotaku coverage.

Yeah, that's what my wife said about the alien head when she saw it too!
The desk came from . . . Ikea! I got it three years ago, they don't seem to carry it any more. The steel cabinets are Ikea too. The chair is not, I got it on eBay. I tend to be frugal on most things so I can splurge on the things that count.

Exactly! Although the chair is a replica and the head was also from eBay for 2/3 the Sideshow Collectibles' MSRP.

Haha, its kinda ridiculous. I'm still not used to how big my imac is, i keep wanting to go back to the 17 since its so big

Cramped spaces make for bad photography.
Resolution isn't as bad as I thought. Text is a little smaller than the 24" but still very readable. Paid $1500 CND. Thanks, Dell.

The only reason for this is because the Macbook isn't normally on the desk. It is my portable and I take it to school. I also just normally lie on my bed and watch TV on the monitor.
