What base stands are you using for your RP5s? I have a pair of RP8s and need to find something for them.

They're made by Auralex. I don't know where I got mine exactly, but last time i was at Guitar Center, every pair of monitors was sitting on these, so I'd go there.

So glad you are! :D Also, it's nice to see another MR'er using a 4:3 LCD.

Yea I'd love to have a 22" WS LCD, but i figure since I use dual screens, the monitor is only for extra space (I use the MB as my main screen with the dock), so I'm not sure if going out and breaking off $300 is worth it for me. I do need to clean the thing though!

I use a Razer Copperhead. It rocks, great for gaming, and looks really cool too. Another plus is that the cord is really long.

Does your games include Halo 3 and NBA 2K7?

If so, we should play sometime.

Very nice setup, I like the black a lot!

If you check out my setup, you'll see why. :)

It includes 2k7 but not Halo 3... not anymore at least. It does include COD4, Rainbow 6 Vegas, Ghost Recon AWF 1&2 and Ace Combat 6 amongst others... my name is Ohmegadawn. Although right now I'm a bit caught up in beating some of these RPG's that I have so I haven't spent much time online.

Ohhhhh okay.

My name is "catamountain" so send me a friend request.

Although my collection is not that large because I just got a Xbox 360 Elite a couple months ago, it is slowly growing but I am not sure what game to buy next.

Any suggestions?

My setup

Well, I finally got my new monitor, and my setup is, at long last, worthy of showing. My trusty old Sony CRT monitor was just not cutting it. Oh, and don't mind the crappy camera work. My camera stinks, I know. Its next on my list of things to replace. Anyway, here is my setup.....

Mac Mini Core Duo 1.66GHz w/ 2GB of RAM
Western Digital 1TB MyBook Studio
BenQ G2400W 24" Widescreen Monitor (on an Ergotron Neo-Flex mount)
Belkin N1 Vision 802.11n Gigabit Router
Logitech Z-5500 5.1 Speakers
Logitech Quickcam Pro 9000 Webcam
Apple Aluminum Wireless Bluetooth Keyboard
Microsoft Wireless Laser 8000 Mouse
iPod Classic 160GB (with Shure SE530 earphones)

What model camera is that?

Sony V1U, with the DR-60 hard drive, 20w light, and Rode NTG-1 mike.

you can get some cable loom...

I saw some cable clips when I was buying the table that might work with the split-loom tubing.... just have to figure how to get all the different length cables in line.

What kind of volume knob is that? I'm assuming that's what the round metal wheel is...

Aye, Griffin Powermate. Great for Final Cut (and other programs).

Who makes that? Please tell me it's not part of that desk - and can be had independently.

I got it from OfficeMax; I think they called it the Stockton Collection? It can be purchased separately. It's 120v, and a bit yellowish. I didn't see it on their web site, but ran across it in the store while hunting desks.
