Texas, unfortunately.
Thanks Cassie, $20 @ Office Depot. Clams and ibooks always rock but I especially like your Classic. Sorry about your Mini, What's wrong with it?

Haha, well it was getting a bit slow (I swear 10.4.11 is the worst update ever) so I bought 2 GB of RAM for it. Well, when opening the case, I snapped a peice off the logic board. Yep, so I spent my life savings on my iBook G4. I'm happy with it, but it sure would be nice to have my mini back.

I haven't posted mine in a while - nothing much has changed except for a bit of rearranging and the desk mat. I might pick up the wireless keyboard and mouse sometime, but it's hard to justify the cost.

Link to the desktop picture?

No need to apologise for your ignorance, i did indeed include myself in the photo so it's to be expected.

i'd retort, however you clearly must lead a brilliant and cultured existence yourself, having to so brashly and wrongly define me to a sub culture such as emoism to feel at ease with oneself, really speaks volumes about your character.

i really hope that you arn't stuck in a small town with that depressingly small mind of yours. as thinking different is truly beautiful and what life is for.

Hmm sorry forgot, Emo's don't like being classified. Sorry Bud. ;)

My home setup, excluding my macbook.

Pardon the inclusion of oneself, and the fact my fingers looks rather scary in this photograph

What a cool photograph i especially like your furniture the bay window and of course the view it makes me miss the UK. Oh the suit and mac are also stylish ;) (compared to some shoddy setups here)

I just need some new speakers. But I am moving in a few weeks. So I took some last pics as I am packing, for memories. All the boxes are in my closet.

But here you go. When we move, I want a new desk since my next room is huge. I am thinking about building one with my grandpa. That way I can make it how I want for the Mac Pro (Gift for my self around the end of the year). Plus I can spend some time with my grandpa and learn some good traits.

Could I ask you how you like the Microsoft Keyboard and Mouse.

"Emo (pronounced /ˈiːmoʊ/) is a style of rock music which describes several independent variations of music with common stylistic roots. As such, use of the term has been the subject of much debate. In the mid-1980s, the term emo described a subgenre of hardcore punk which originated in the Washington, D.C. music scene. In later years, the term emocore, short for "emotional hardcore", was also used to describe the emotional performances of bands in the Washington, D.C. scene and some of the offshoot regional scenes such as Rites of Spring, Embrace, One Last Wish, Beefeater, Gray Matter, Fire Party, and later, Moss Icon. (In more recent years, the term "emotive hardcore" entered the lexicon to describe the period.)"
Hoping to clarify the term "emo" for those who have no idea.

Here's the thing, emo described a very very specific genre of music, which died in the early 1990's. That's right, emo is dead, its not around anymore. So if someone claims to listen to it, and isnt listening to 15-20 year old music, theyre misinformed. Calling someone emo is just silly becuase it doesn't even exist as a musical genre (in its true form) anymore.

Just moved into a slum where I'm staying until September 1st when I move into a really nice flat. No space for a desk, so my setup is sat on stools next to the bed. Hardly ideal, but hopefully I'm going to get a job & I won't have to spend too much time in here.

My friend and I went emo for "Wacky day" at school during homecoming.

Nice IBM CRT.
Carrying it in it's 31kg glory up 2 flights of twisting stairs was not fun though! As much as I can't wait to move out of this hole, I'm not looking forward to carrying it back down the stairs, halfway along the road & then up 3 more flights!

Just went to Ikea yesterday for my first time. Came home with the JONAS desk, the floor lamp and desk lamp, metal cable organizer (under desk), some bamboo of course, and a stomach full of swedish meatballs (potatoes were the best part:D). And yes, that's a game boy SP. More photos here

This isnt meant to be jerky, so hopefully it wont come across that way, but you look a lot better as "emo"

Ah, they don't seem to be for sale over here in the States. I have some cheap Creative speakers but they look nice. I'm always on the lookout for the next set in case these die.

It's funny that we have to use that disclaimer when posting iPhone based pictures. As awesome as the iPhone is, that camera does suck. I tried using it at the Iron Maiden concert I went to over the weekend and got awful pictures. Yet the guy next to me with a terrible phone had perfect pictures. Very strange.

Low light is the devil for the iphone camera. I tried to do the same at a thrice concert which had an awesome lighting setup but alas it looked like crap on the phone.

Hello and Welcome :)

Nice setup. I would spend my entire time looking at the greenery out of the window rather than doing work.

How do you cope with the sun as from the looks of those pictures it could possible shine in your eyes.
