I love how simplistic that looks.
I like how the computer is in the middle of the desk in FRONT of the "visitor" chairs LOL Give that man a gold star, I would much rather deal with my mac than people on a day-to-day basis!

Doesn't your iBook fan go crazy when you use it to drive such a huge monitor? My PB G4 12" cannot drive a 20" monitor without the fan becoming really, really irritating.

It's not too bad. I either turn the volume on my headphones up a bit, or close some of the more resource intensive apps. Won't be a problem much longer since I plan on replacing the iBook with whenever the notebook refresh happens.

nice! what do you use the Mac Pro for? is is conneced to the TV? i also noticed in your other pics that you had an LCD by the couch… what is that connected to?

I move my mac pro around my place because one of my rooms is setup for recording. Here I just use it for the occasional windows game and htpc. It is connected to the television and I have a 20 ft DVI to connect my screen by the couch. I bought an extra long usb as an extension for the keyboard which my mouse plugs into. The TV is connected by VGA to the Pro and all the sound runs through the receiver by TOSLINK. I put the floor standing speakers in back because their hardware is not as good as the hardware in the bookshelves. The primary purpose is for stereo music listening. If they were comparable speaker tech I would have the floor standings in front.

22" Dell, 500gb Lacie HDD, 160gb iPod classic, Bose In-Ear headphones, 100 sticks slim jims  , 42" Philips 1080p lcd flat panel, 80gb ps3, devil may cry 4 from gamefly  , and the pic was taken on my 755p treo, takes crappy dark pics.. sorry.

Is that Dell monitor used to play the PS3, or do you also have TV hooked up? Either way, that's an awesome spot for the PS3, looks awesome.

My bedroom setup

My bedroom setup. The specs are in the signature. Sorry about the quality, the iPhone cam is the only cam I have. The map under the apple sticker on the center door is a Valley Metro bus route map, and the drawing to the left of it is my giant bus pass I drew when I was bored. Soon going to get a Wacom tablet.

Nice. I wish I had a workspace that big.

My camera wasn't doing too good. :/ I really need a professional camera, feel free to link me to a good camera $500, +- $100.

I just have to ask. Why did you take a close up shot of the wall next to your chair? Was it to show the scuff marks created (presumably) by the chair?

For that price, I have to say the Canon G9... I know it may seem like I am suggesting it to everyone. But it is a really good camera for the price and at your budget you can afford some extra battery/memory.

Thanks to UMHurricanes34 for helping me find the paint color that I'd been looking for!

And I'm also loving my new wireless keyboard.
