Love the m-stand, got it today! It's indeed an extra monitor, it sucks but hey better than nothing:)
You got it today? Awsome!

The mStand is the best stand online. No stand match this one. ;)
Looks like he's using it as a second monitor. I don't see a tower anywhere that would indicate hackintosh-ness.
Ahh ok.. non-Apple monitors makes me think they are hacintoshes for some reasons.

OK, This is my setup until Apple comes out with a Mini Display Port to DVI adapter for the 24" LED ACD.

Got a monitor mount for a triple monitor set up. Thanks Techound1!
Currently it's hooked up to my PC.
Both computers share the middle screen so I've got dual monitors for both of them.
Still gotta get a new video card for my mac pro to hook it up. So gonna have triple monitors on my Mac

All those clocks would make me nervous, hahah.

Wow, your color/contrast settings on those two displays seems to be quite different. On the one on the right, black is black. On the left, black is...blue?

Which won't happen.

Probably not from Apple, but hopefully some third party will. Monoprice already has Mini Displayport to DVI adapters (same as Apple's) for cheap, maybe next they'll do DVI to Mini Displayport.

That is odd. One could be VGA and the other DVI?
Or maybe one is used for color, and the other not?

...maybe next they'll do DVI to Mini Displayport.

I think they'll wait on Apple's next move with the Cinema Display. Surely they will introduce a "desktop friendly" model to replace the 30"

And since I made a post anyway:

"Where can I download that clock screensaver??"

I think what is happening with the two different colour "blacks" is the light hanging over the left one is effecting the appearance of the colour. In person I bet they're identical, I mean it would drive anyone nuts if they were actually off

Good observation everyone.

They actually do look different even when the light is off.
The reason is that the monitors are different models even though they look the same.
The one on the left is the 2407 and the one on the right is the 2408.
I bought them one at a time over a period of 6 months right when the 2407 was being discontinued. I didn't know they would be so different till I got it.
The 2408 has a lot of different inputs options which is great but the color accuracy is awful.
This is the reason I want to get 2 ACDs but can't due to the adapter issue.
So for now I can only edit images on the left :(

Why don´t you buy two 23"ACDs or one 30" ACD/Dell?

I want an LED screen.
I am hoping they will have something new before the end of the year that will work for me.
Otherwise, I will just have to deal with it for now.

I may consider getting a 17" MBP and an ACD but it's more money than I really want to spend.

Current Setup

Here is my current setup. I would certainly take any suggestions for rearrangement. I took a quick shot with my camera. I have a 2.26 Octad Mac Pro and 2.5 Macbook Pro on the desk. 24" LED ACD and T240 Samsung display as well as a new Galant desk from Ikea after a lot of Macrumors browsing.
