You should see my apple guitar in the corner by the peavey amp. Really love the mac so far...this forum is great...was goign to post my december desktop in that thread but don't know how to take a snapshot of it....hahha im a noob.

Thats what I need, a mini fridge! I could put my SoBe and Iced Tea in there, along with a bottle of ketchup.

How to keep your Mac Mini cool.
Step 1 - buy a Mac Mini.
Step 2 - Buy a Mini Fridge
Step 3 - Modify Mini-Fridge and put Mac-Mini on the inside of it.
Step 4 - Make sure there are holes in the front to string keyboard and mouse through. Along with other peripherals.

I just noticed, I am using firefox on my ibook and the name of this thread is messed up, as in it is literally wrong.

Yay! New Dual-Core 2GHz arrived to replace my deafening iMac Rev A. I must say how amazingly quiet this machine is - at last I can enjoy my Mac in peace. And, yes, that is Front Row... I wonder how that got there? ;)

How did it get there?:D ;)

I asked someone with magical powers to fix it ;)

I only keep certain items in that fridge. Let me think....beer and oh yeah some more beer. Miller...the only one to drink.

Yeah, umm.....I'm going to have to disagree with you there.

There are plenty of other beers beside Miller....although that is my weekend-warrior drink of choice because it's cheap :p

Founder Microbrews are amazing....Breakfast Stout is superb, and Oatmeal Stout on Nitro competes with Guinness anyday! (sorry, I love me some good beer often, it's a touchy subject  )

I do agree on the beer choices. I live in Canada in the east coast...Nova Scotia specifically. Lots of choice here. Keith's, Moosehead, Molson. I prefer the US Miller because of the lack of aftertaste. I am not a bud fan....but hell on a hot day...I will pretty much drink anything...except Labatt.

 you like Miller and you live in Nova Scotia? what's wrong with you :p

you gotta support the local brewery though, drink Moosehead (that includes James Ready and Alpine), still 100% maritime owned and operated :D

I know I know........believe I hear it form the boys all the time. I used to drink moosehead green all the time. Then I switched to Heineken. Now Miller. I can't stand Keiths...I was born here to small town NS and I drink US beer shame on me....

A minor update to my setup, I have finally added a picture of my iBook to the family.

Also had a little fun pretending I had my own little Apple store :)

Beer

quicksilver77: I totally agree with you! I am not a Budwieser fan in the least. I much prefer Miller over Bud (kinda sad too considering there is a Bud Brewery in Columbus). Labbatt ain't THAT bad :p

efoto, kwajo.com: you guys act like he said his drink of choicewas Natty Light  (or Natty Ice ) I mean don't get me wrong I would take a higher class beer over Miller too, but I mean...eh to each their own.

I myself like Corona. Amazing how American advertising is able to make cheap Mexican Beer seem like Champagne (sp?). Either way, I don't care, I still like it a lot. I also don't mind Rolling Rock. My New Years resolution though is to drink more and upgrade my tastes in Beers (Let's be real, studying as a News Years Goal never works out...)

Perhaps we need a thread discussing beer.:p

EDIT: This was in the Google Ad thanks to our alcohol talk: Wine XT

If I have to be honest here....really really honest...my favorite beer of all beers is Stella Artois. I had it in Bermuda when My brother and his family lived there. I try and buy it here when I can but its fairly expensive. Please don't flame me for the Stella Love...oh please oh please.

Insert flame here

Never heard of it. I'll have to check it out sometime.

Just need to replace the PC with a PowerMac Quad :)

But seriously, I like the set-up, though *I* would have Linux on the PC.

Where'd you get the screensaver? Would you please post a link?
