Here's my MAC/PC setup :) I haven't changed it much from last year, but what the heck.

I am looking at some upgrades in the near future:

- PS3 to replace PS2
- New 24inch monitor with HDMI/HDCP inputs for running PS3 at 1080p
- iPhone (if it becomes available in Canada)

I apologize in advance if the images are too big.

STILL by FAR amongst the best setups I've ever seen here! Especially in the dark. Dude can you PM me where you get your figureans? Pls!

PS Since you know of the Tigercats comic (amongst the same 2nd year that Spawn debuted) - there was an Image Comic about a soldier dieing and trying to repent his sins that I've been trying to track down but cannot find the name. If you have any idea pls PM me the title thanks.

You don't need to quote every photo. . .

i really need to clean up my desk area. that was taken last month, when i got my macbook. the lcd is for the windows pc i still am using, and it's not going away anytime soon. i've since replaced the speakers with ones i got for christmas, but they are of similar shape. also, the note pad holder has been moved to the wall to conserve space.

i need to find a better place for my wireless keyboard for my pc (the slider went bad last year).

My (NEW) Mac Setup

p1011628wf2.jpg

------------------------------------------------------
On the left of table: White 30 gig iPod and Universal Dock.
On the middle of the table: White iMac intel core duo with 1.5 GB of ram, default keyboard that comes with Mac.
On the left of table: Wireless Apple Mighty Mouse
The table is homemade and the table legs are file cabinets which are very useful to store cds and iPods in. :p

could somebody please tell me what that wallpaper on the screen is of... and also maybe... possibly... if its not too much trouble... a link? :p

I don't know where a link is at, but I know the pic is of Vincent in the PS2 game Final Fantasy VII: Dierge of Cerebus (sp?).

Anyways, took a few more pics of my setup. Like I said in another thread, I'm just really happy where everything is at, and I feel like it's *almost* complete, save for an iCurve/Elevator and maybe an external HDD. Hopefully either an iMac or MacPro is in my near future, though, before college...

I made some changes in the setup and the room...and this time with better image quality:)

I had to put the apple sticker there because it had some "spots", so that it's to cover it up...

Its simple, nothing like some setups that i've seen here..

Okay, I've upgraded my room after X-Mas. 40" Samsung HDTV (LN-S4052D), 5.1 Dolby Surround Sound w/ In-wall speakers, Xbox 360, Wii, Mac Mini, 23" Samsung HDTV (LN-S2352W). The 40" looks a lot bigger in person.

Hey, I have that exact TV in a 19" model. It still has the VGA input in the back. Would it be possible to use that as a second display (along with my 20" cinema) with my Mac Mini? And if it was possible and I did do it, would I still be able to play Xbox 360 through the Samsung TV?

Thanks.

I'm not sure how to connect two monitors, but I've heard it's pretty easy to set up. Also, you can use an HDMI-DVI cable to plu your mac into the HDMI port on your monitor if there is one. A second option would be for you to use VGA for your Mac and Component (Red, Green, Blue) for your 360. Good luck.

So I could plug the DVI into the back of the Samsung and the HDMI into the Mac Mini? Thanks

Well, alot of things have changed since i last posted my setup about 90 pages ago! My desk is on the opposite side of the room, and its a new desk altogether! Just went last night and picked it up from IKEA. It is soooo nice and sturdy. The first pic is my basic setup, wall screen, wireless everything, creature II's, ipod, phone (the usual for most setups) then @ the bottom i have a dresser/desk. on top is my apple green ibook, dvd writer, HD and sub. love my desk! woo!

hey darius, how did you connect your ps2 to your LCD? i want to do it, but not looking to spend lots of money for a VGA box.

He is probably using either the composite or S-video cables to connect the PS2 to the LCD. The dell has S-video and composite inputs so you can connect any console to it.
